I was on a quick getaway to Vegas & after I checked into my hotel room, I realized I had forgotten my AC plug for my CPAP machine. My son-in-law, in California, called Susan & told her of my dire situation. The store was closing in 10 minutes. She looked in stock & found it!!!! She told my son-in-law my hotel wasn't too far & she would stay past closing for me, which she did! She met me outside & we tried the AC cord & it worked!!! I jumped back in my cab & was overwhelmed with her kindness. She had to call her babysitter to say she would late! All of this extra effort for a customer she had never met!!! How fabulous is that!! Above & beyond service, for sure!!

I started using this pharmacy about a year ago, anytime I had to communicate with them, if I was answered by Andrew, great customer service. But if Shana answer the call it’s horrible customer experience. She is very rude and disrespectful!

My son needs his medicine to be on time, Andrew is always on it! He’s so helpful and easy to talk to. Recently had a recall issue on my son’s medication and Andrew helped with every question I had, he helped me to better understand the medication and made sure that I was comfortable with the switch to a new medicine. He assisted me with insurance issues and seems to really care about his patients. I couldn’t ask for more from a pharmacy, I will continue to go through them as long as my insurance allows!

I Love this Pharmacy!!! I wish I would have transferred all my prescriptions to LifeCare Specialty Pharmacy a long time ago- it would have spared me of all the aggravation I had dealing with CVS and other other large pharmacies. They are wonderful, they listen to your needs, and they deliver too, no more stress! The entire staff is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. I wish my parents has known about this pharmacy it would have made their lives easier too.

I started going to this pharmacy instead of CVS and Walgreens. They fill up prescriptions pretty fast, unlike the other stores that make you wait until the next day to get your medicine. The only downside is no drive-thru, but it’s not a big deal because you’re literally in and out of this place in no time. Plus, the pharmacists are thorough and helpful in explaining the use of each medicine.

Great customer service and the employees are very helpful and fast! They greet you when you come in, making you feel welcomed and show great knowledge of products and medicine. I have been going here for years and will continue to do so!

I just called LifeCare Pmarmacy and Medical Supplies to ask about diabetic supplies. I am currently with Southwest Medical pharmacy and home supplies who are decent but don't carry the new Omnipod Dash. I am considering a move to a company that offers the Dash but was told by the lady who answered the phone that this company "does not accept insurance for diabetic supplies". I'm not sure why as she was short with me when I questioned why and I simply said thanks and hung up. Guess their business is so good they don't need new customers.....

I have always had great experiences here. The staff has been friendly and very helpful. I keep it pretty simple just drop off and pick up my prescriptions. I will continue to come here much better then waiting in a long line somewhere else.

I love this place. My neighbor used to use them bi-weekly. She says she likes them. I easily transferred my mom's prescriptions from Walgreens. Hated Walgreens.
