I brought a coupon for 50 percent off for my taxes. And the owner didn't want to honor it! I was upset since its pretty pricey to do taxes with them. I was hoping to get the discount but I guess not.

431$ to do my taxes and then told me he had to "ask a manager" if my account could pay it when I've been paying it like that for 13 years. Then proceeds to give me a receipt saying I didn't pay them at all. When it was taken from my taxes and now they refuse to answer the phone. The guy who did my taxes refused to answer the store phone BUT ANSWERED HIS GODDAMN CELL PHONE
