We had called BEFORE leaving home asking if we could go to any Liberty location for a copy of last year's taxes and were told yes we could. When getting there they said no. We had to go to the original place we had gone to last year. So then WHY were we given false information? If the person on the phone wasn't sure she could've asked someone else or simply recommend we go to the original place instead of guessing and wasting our time and gas.
