Me and my mother had a great experience here. The staff was all great but Jasmine went above and beyond for my mom. She was so welcoming and helped my mom find a fit of jeans that she loved. She often has trouble shopping for jeans and she made it such a seamless easy experience. Thank you Jasmine !

TLDR: Easily the best Levi’s in the world if only for Karen and her magic skills - Karen turned my wedding dress into a jean jacket which was the best gift I could’ve asked for.
After I got married, I struggled with what to do with my wedding dress when one day I got the idea to turn it into a wedding jean jacket but I lacked the skills to truly DIY. So I bought two jean jackets at the outlet mall and took my dress to this Levi’s as they do custom designs frequently. My husband and I met with Karen to show her what my vision was with the dress alongside two jackets. I was worried that my ideas might not make sense or she would turn the project away due to the sentimental value a wedding dress can carry. But when I gave her the vision, she didn’t back down or show hesitancy, instead I was met with confidence and excitement. She instantly started coming up with ideas to strengthen the design, ensuring even more elements of our special day were included. Like using leftover train to line the inside of my cuffs or using the same color as my husband’s suit to use as outline for the stitching across the train. She was open to receiving feedback and was truly took the time to understand our special day and what we loved, what went wrong, how far we’ve come since that day. By the end of our appointment, it had felt like we’d known her for years and she simply missed the wedding.
Throughout the next few weeks (total length of time was roughly 2 months), Karen stayed in touch and sent pictures where she could. She even let us bother her in the store because we couldn’t wait to see it in person. By the end of it, I had given my vision and dress over to Karen and she turned it into something so incredibly unique and tasteful, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else with my dress let alone with someone else. Her ideas, care, and genuine passion for what she does shines in every element of both of my jackets. Since receiving the jackets, we’ve gone back several times for other smaller projects to which are met with the same amount of care, commitment, and excitement as the first time.

Sur and James provided great service! They listened to what we wanted and found the perfect size and style for us. And when we couldn’t find one item in the store, they happily ordered the item and had it delivered to our house for no charge!

I had such a lovely and memorable experience. Jelly and the other tailor were amazing and completed my order promptly. I got several jeans hemmed and one pair turned into shorts. They ensured everything fit well and they truly care about your experience. Great customer service.

Visiting from Montana, went in to the Levi store and was so surprised at all the options! Aries helped me and my gal pal out. He was super hospitable and knowledgeable! Definitely a good crew!
