Les Olson has wonderful customer service. Everyone is always pleasant and accommodating over the phone, even when I accidentally give them outdated information.
And their delivery is always prompt. I ordered toner for our office copier yesterday afternoon and Chase S. handed it to me with a smile first thing this morning before I even had my coffee.
