I recently visited LensCrafters and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Steven. I came in with a minor issue with my prescription sunglasses, and Steven was incredibly helpful. He quickly and efficiently repaired them, ensuring they were as good as new.
Additionally, I had lost a pair of prescription glasses while traveling in Canada. Steven went above and beyond to help me find a perfect replacement. His knowledge and patience made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, Steven’s exceptional customer service and expertise made my visit to LensCrafters a pleasant one. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of eyewear assistance

They are the absolute best. Came in without an appointment to have glasses fixed and they not only fixed them but replaced the nose pieces. Glasses are like new!!!! Excellent service

Walked in right before my flight and they fixed the screw on my glass free of charge after 2 other stores told me they couldn’t fix my glasses due to no optician.

Our Licensed Optician, Shahzad(429812) fitted us with 2 pairs of glasses suited perfectly for our personality.
