Front staff was helpful and overall friendly. Doctors were kind and professional answering all my questions. Howard was the one who helped me select my frames and was very helpful guiding me towards frames that would work great with my high prescription. His straight forward demeanor and knowledge made this experience stress free.

I came in today with an appointment I was a little late but they still took me in everyone was great but the employee Howard is absolutely amazing. He was the biggest help; I couldn’t seem to find a pair that suits my face shape but he chose out the most perfect pair he truly has great taste and a good eye. I went in feeling overwhelmed and a little embarrassed that I needed glasses but I left feeling like that girl thanks to Howard. He’s very demure and very mindful and very experienced. If you come to this location ask for Howard trust me you won’t regret it.

Came in to my appointment a little late, but they still took me in. Dr. Von was really quick with checking me out. Howard at the front helped me with picking my new glasses, and is excellent at what he does! He was able to explain the deals going on, which helped me decide which frames to get for my prescription. Thank you so much!

The lady who answers the phone has an attitude. She kept talking over my husband and interrupting him when he was speaking. She gave an attitude when he would ask a question. It’s not the customers fault she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Retrain her or hire better people
