I visited the store on S. Las Vegas Blvd for a second time 3 days ago after having a horrific experience at a sister store. I received great customer service as soon as I stepped into the store. Associates were knowledgeable of products and item locations. A STARK DIFFERENCE from customer service received from the store located on Sunset Blvd where a worker failed and was too lazy to search for an item I inquired about.
On this matter, I approached a 'supervisor' at the checkout counter; she attempted to explain to me that her coworker is "grumpy" at times. Following that waste of 15 seconds of my life, I located the manager on duty. I asked the young lady if she was indeed the manager. She replied, "I'm kinda the manager". I was not at all clear on what... that meant. I halted the conversation at that point.
Regarding the first worker (...a perfect example of a breath-in-britches) I came into contact with upon entering the store...could it be a medical issue? Perhaps a mental health issue, which is serious OR lack of fiber in his diet...either way, absolutely NOT my problem or concern as a customer.
Customer service received from the Sunset location detracts from the solid reputation Lee's Liquor Store has earned based on my second experience and what I have read.

I went into this location this afternoon and was asked are you Aite buddy?
Not can I help you but are you Aite buddy as the employee seemed to have an issue with something I was doing.
Better learn some respect and at the very least be aware of who the fucck you are speaking to.

Had a very hard- to- find whiskey my wife wanted, and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced in a Vegas liquor store.

This was on sale for $4.80 the other day for members and I'm so glad the guy talked me into it it's one of the best vodkas I've ever had I kid you not it's made from suger cane so you know it's sweet and good it's 4 times distilled so it goes down smooth 10/10 bottle and for the price you can't beat it

They have some quirky, unic wines that you can't find anywhere else. Staff always helpful and on point whether in person or over the phone.

Lee's has knowledgeable staff. I was looking for the best ingredients to make a high end old fashioned and the staff were able to make good recommendations.
