Very bad experience, when they offer their service they are friendly but when they already have the customer entangled they want to charge for everything. I paid for my amendment and now they want to charge me $20 to send me an email of the amendment I already made with them. First they said it was for the paper and I told them to send it to me by email and they are still charging me the $20. They are taken advantage of ?

Terrible service, it is the first time I make a declaration and they do not tell you or explain anything, I made my declaration in February I requested an ITIN number for my children and my wife and until now I am receiving a letter from the IRS that rejected my ITIN request from one of my daughters and until now I do not receive my refund for this problem I spoke to the IRS and they tell me that I have to make a new request. And what am I going to have to pay again? I don't know, okay, I will never make a statement with you again.??? I'm very upset, honestly.

Have done my taxes they always great with me great prices on any legal services needed notary. If you don't wanna wait at your bank or make an appointment they're great as well in notary I have done them and try them for a bunch of my legal services, but I do my taxes there like I said every year and they help me out because I do do 1099 and my wife has a W-2.

Terrible service, they don't explain it to you at all, they charge 100 for a simple way and when you ask a question they laugh sarcastically, saying this lady doesn't know anything, of course I don't know that's why I pay them, so they can do it for me. Other people guide you on how it is best for you to get your money back. At Univision they gave the news of a refund for your remittances abroad of up to 500.00 and the receptionist says that is a LIE. I checked other places again and they said yes, I no longer trust this place.

Way to expensive now.Last year they charge 60 dollars, this time it was 90.It doesn't worth going there anymore. And i do have last year receip for 60 dollars because they staple it on the tax file they gave me ??

Going to this place for over 15 years, my whole family files taxes through them. They are courteous, professional and honest; very acknowledged every time we have questions or concerns. We even come here for notary services and translating purposes. They’ve been very helpful every time we need their services. Thank you to all the personnel at this location (Eastern & St. Louis).

The woman there was so rude. We walked in asking about a quote and she said “We charge $30 this is only a place for clients.” Okay, well I would have been a client if you weren't so rude! I don't recommend anyone to go there.
The old woman who welcomed us was very rude. We went in to ask for an estimate and she said “We charge $30 for an estimate, this is a place for clients only” I would have been a client if she hadn't been so overbearing. I don't recommend you go there.
