I created a much more difficult situation than it needed to be. But luckily for me Tanner and Adam worked with me and cancelled my incorrect order, got me situated with the proper order and items and also got them delivered in less than 24 hours from when I was in the store. Needless to say they will be my go to for future needs.I met Adam at his store and we had a very nice conversation and he let me sample a massage chair while I waited. A genuinely nice guy that never mentioned he was the owner until it came up as I was leaving. Down to earth and definitely in business to take care of his customers.I’d give 6 stars if I could.

The service from @lasvegasfurnitureonline was great. The quality of the furniture I picked was good. The dresser I ordered came in one piece. Based on the cost of the furniture, I would expect that to be the case. The media console was not. It had to be assembled. That's where the 4 stars comes in as well as the furniture was slightly smaller than I anticipated, especially the media center. For example, a standard surround sound receiver is deeper than the space allowed. I had to cut the back out for it and the wires to fit. I would suggest to double check your dimensions better than I did. Again the service and communication was great!

These guys are the best. Tanner worked with me to find exactly what I needed, no matter how many times I called back asking for more details, taking measurements or even adding to my order he was always immediately on it. Scheduling the delivery was super easy and they made it work based off my schedule. Got a call 30 minutes before they arrived and they quickly delivered and setup all of my furniture, twice! Even helped me put one of the rugs I ordered underneath my bed.I could not be happier with how professional and helpful everyone at LasVegasFurnitureOnline has been, from the sales team to the delivery guys, and I look forward to reaching out to them again if I ever have any future furniture needs.

I found the furniture I wanted online and went to visit their showroom here in Las Vegas to see if I could go pick it up, but they don’t have the traditional showroom like I had anticipated. First thing is I got lost going to find the location so I called the store to see exactly where they were located and Kelly answered. She stayed on the phone with me until I found the location and was greeted by her out front waving me in. She was super nice and incredibly helpful. I went in thinking it may be pick up same day but they aren’t a traditional showroom so I asked if I could get it delivered ASAP. This was the Friday before Christmas and I had guests arriving the next week. I knew that was an unrealistic expectation but I couldn’t find the exact furniture like what they had anywhere else. I placed my order with Tanner that evening and he was super helpful as well. I got a call the following Tuesday that my furniture would be delivered the day before Christmas Eve because they understood how important it was to me. These people went above and beyond to help me and I am so happy with their service. Awesome job to the whole team. Kelly is an absolute pleasure to work with, her cheeriness is infectious!

Buying a chair online is a lot like buying shoes online: You really have no idea what you're going to get. The big difference is that shoes are easy to return. The chair is comfortable enough and looks good. But the mechanical part of the chair is very rough and noisy. And I'm always trying to adjust it to make it work smoothly. On the upside, the mechanism works so poorly that I don't think it's going to last very long. And then I can start the process all over again.

This review is for the store manager Tanner, who simply hated his customers and wanted to push them away as fast as he could. The store members Louis was actually nice and helpful.The store has a free delivery policy if the order is over $1.2K. I placed an order of $4K of which roughly 2/3 available and 1/3 in backorder. He wanted to charge me the delivery fee for the backordered items. I explained to him the situation that even we split the order into two, each of which would still qualify for free delivery. However all he repeated is that I have to pay for the second delivery. In the entire conversation he's inpatient, not listening, and talking in a condescending tone. In contrast, the store member was much more helpful and wanted to work it out.I told Tanner that I'm going to create this review online and all he responded was "go ahead" (again in a mocking tone).

I had ordered a beautiful dining room sat had it delivered also assembled they did a good job they did forget two of the sliders underneath the chair I called and spoke to the gentleman to answer the phone I cannot remember his name very helpful he contacted the movers brought them back for me. The quality of the table is very good. They also kept there word on the price match.
