Thank you! Thea deserves a raise for her patience & knowledge while customer is having a meltdown. Christine got er done. Polite & knowledgeable. Seeing a girl @ my door @ 8am was cool. Didn't have to look presentable. Your crew has to come into my apartment to get new customers online. Its a weird setup. They come in & go out on my deck in a door & do something. Always polite & apologetic. A great crew can make or break a company. You guys got it going on!!

I live in Diamond Sand Apta in Las Vegas, for more than 7 years now, not only great connection, but also more than great service actually, for those very few times I had problem with my internet connection, the CS and the response is really more than great :-)

I support LV.net over all other providers. Our Technician Eric Dean was friendly, helpful, punctual, and worked hard to ensure the best connectivity with our living situation. He also gave us tips on better connection without being pushy or trying to sell us something!! He had allot to do to connect our new home service and knocked it out in short amount of time. He was kind and patient when asking questions and asked for our personal preference for location of the devices! He even used his own surge protector with out cost! We have had LV.net in two locations and both experiences were better than any we have had previously. You guys are always quick to fix problems and easy to schedule with. We truely appreciate you!! Thank you again Eric Dean!!

This is an individual provider for high speed internet. My honest opinion?! They are the best there is. Monthly locked in price, no more no less. Internet service is very consistent and when you need customer service, they are available at your service. The installation itself is perfect. Our dish stands high of our roof against the wind, the rain and extreme sunshine. The most important part of all is the quality of the internet service. We have been with them for more than a year now and the number of internet was downs was zero. They billed your credit card and no phonecalls to upsell is ever. We have tried century, dish, and many more cable services for internet service and all failed to satisfy us as customers. I'm very happy of Yelp because through this app is how I found LV.NET. They may not have plenty of reviews but all reviews written were satisfactory notes from their clients. That's all I needed to see. Thank you LV.Net for your great service.

We were looking for a dependable Internet Provider and I was told by my friends from Master Installers LLC, to try out LV.NET. So 2 days ago I called LV.NET and got a quote and I liked that Micheal from Lv.net answered all my questions and I decided to go with them for our internet service, I scheduled a 7 am to 10 am window for installation and Eric the Technician arrived at me home at 645 so awesome quick and easy install and the internet was on and working as promised. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS LAS VEGAS do me a favor #share #like #comment on this review I had services installed in June paid their crazy installation and month and here we are in September with a saussy queen being a total idiot claiming payment wasn't received with so many options for home internet who need to be dealing with a low budge 1990's type of business who can't even get their billing straight oh having some dumb queen like that in the office is really disturbing therefore I strongly recommend you do not deal with them follow me @rychernandez and I will have better suggestions at half the cost this company is the reason some people don't trust small businesses

Hello. I had Cox for 5 years when they decided to downgrade my service at the same cost I was currently paying. I was paying $113 a month. They then offered to upgrade my service back to what I originally had for $13. more a month. They then wanted to use my wifi service as a Hot Spot for their customers. No Thanks!! So I turned to LV.NET... so far so good. service is working with no issues.

Horrible. Can't game out without being lagged out 2 times a day. We pay for the max internet 125$ a month and this is unacceptable. We were told at first that our area they normally don't handle and said it is still good to go and their is a strong signal. Garbage all the way around streaming Netflix or any app is a struggle as well. Could be situation by situation but our experience was horrible.

Outstanding colocation facility, particularly for crypto mining servers. I've been in the IT field since the 80s and was a partner in one of the first 5 US ISPs in the early 90s, so I am not easily impressed nor satisfied. Uptime is everything with btc servers as every minute down is money lost, literally. Since moving our mining servers to LV, our uptime has been the best since we started mining in 2016. The uptime is literally 100% to date after over 6 months. Instead of having to constantly monitor our rigs via VPN, it's entirely hands off and they do everything needed included in the very reasonable colo price. They also have repair service for Antminer and other HW on site, which makes a huge difference. Unlike many places calling themselves colos for mining, this is a proper data center in a hardened facility, run by extremely competent people. I've worked in IT infrastructure and security for 3+ decades and give LV my strongest recommendation for facility and knowledge leading to the best possible uptime.

Rocco was the technician that came out to my apartment to set up my service and router. He was prompt, hard working, and was set on making sure my connection was 110%. Considering most would consider LV NET an "alternative" ISP, I would choose them every single time knowing they are a competitive service to other internet options. Keep it up guys! It's great having real internet again in my life.

We have "cut the cord" and used LV Net as our Internet provider for three years. The service has been reliable and we stream a lot of video. Highly recommend LV Net. Their tracking system is really cool and shows you exactly where your tech support is when you need service. Great local Vegas company!
