Five star experience for sure....Bought a new house and was looking for alternate flooring options from the builder (who was outrageously expensive.) Found LV flooring and we got everything we wanted - a top quality, detailed quote for about 1/2 of what the builder was charging (exact same flooring) We closed on July 21st and the LV flooring crew was there on the morning of July 22nd to begin the project! Our timing was very important to us with everything we needed to get done prior to our move and Mike was on top of it! Great communication and attention to all the details. We also opted to cover our fireplace with a special stone that we loved in the showroom. That took some time as it was a special order but when it was complete, we just did not like the variations of the stone...after some discussion and review with the tile company LV flooring came to bat for use and negotiated a total replacement with an alternate stone. We couldn't be happier and this company is TOTALLY dedicated to customer service!!!! A rare commodity these days and we are fans! All the folks at LV Flooring have been great and we completely recommend them. We will be doing more business in the future as we have plans for backsplash, specialty ceiling covering etc. etc...the options never end for a homeowner! :-)

Extremely disappointed. The employee went to help another customer that came after me and did not check up on me not once. I do not like to leave 1 star reviews but I drove across town just to be ignored. I did not think to ask a few questions would be such a bother.

We love our new carpet (July2023) for two bedrooms and closets. Jimmy was our sales and contact person. Jose and another Jimmy did the installation. All three did a great job. One thing that stood out was the scheduling. Jimmy gave us the dates and time for measurements and installation at the time of purchase purchase. And all happened like clockwork.

Mike and his team at Las Vegas Flooring came out and installed our flooring and baseboards. They turned out great! Very professional company and did not prolong the work like some companies. The entire house was completed in 2-3 days. Would recommend them. Pictures speak for themselves.

My floors look absolutely stunning, I am so happy with them. Mike and his team of installers were AMAZING! Communication was great, they were fast, on time, curteous and very professional. Definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for gorgeous new flooring.

We were dealing with Everest Construction and unfortunately Las Vegas Construction was sent to us by them. Crappy customer service, didn't listen to our wants, delays, unanswered calls. When our flooring finally came in it was all damaged!! It was a small room they had to do so no excuses. Never again!! Made me complain to Everest Construction, made them look bad for hiring LVF.

100% satisfied floor demo went smooth as silk workers had floor out and all cleanup done to my satisfaction in a very timely manor. Extremely friendly and professional. The install crew flawlessly worked as a team. The install went so much faster than I expected again with a very friendly and professional crew. My house was left clean. All workers came on time on the days they promised. The product was vinal plank flooring that far exceeded my expectations. My contact Mike from Las Vegas flooring was awesome. I will always eagerly recommend Las Vegas Flooring for all flooring projects. I was that impressed by there work.

Worst experience I have ever had as a homeowner. Please pay attention to my review this company falsely advertises. They'll sell you flooring as if they're going to send a crew to get your flooring done and all they do is send one guy with a big mouth, leaves every chance he got day after day. A job that was supposed to take 2 days took 7 days they made me miss my Thanksgiving with my family. They did extreme generic work that I could have gotten a guy from home depot's parking lot and done a better job they overpriced for the flooring. I learned my lesson I went with them because I thought I was going to get the flooring done fast and professionally done, enough to have my home that I just purchased ready for my family for Thanksgiving all they did was lie from the beginning and did the most generic work I have ever seen I will never recommend this company and I hope that you read this review and don't make the same mistake I made.
