Horrible communication. We asked for them to look at and take care of a bolt in a tire in addition to the body work. the response was Yeah, we'll take care of it. After 3 weeks of having the car, and several "it'll be done Tuesday" guarantees, we pick up the the car and see that the tire was not taken care of. At which point in the last 3 weeks could they have called and mentioned that we needed a new tire? No communication. Stay away from this place. they came recommended because of their affiliation with custom Battle born off road, but if they are affiliated I'd stay away from both

I was not paying attention when pulling out of my garage, resulting in a broken side mirror in my new Lexus LC 500. I called Las Vegas Exotic Cars quite upset and spoke to Ron who was very understanding and made me feel that I would be taken care of and not to worry. I brought my car the next day for an estimate and once the mirror came in, Ron called to let me know that I should drop my Lexus off at the shop and the job would be completed the next day. When I explained I had no transportation to bring me home, Ron was kind enough to drive me home himself (and I do not live close to the shop). The paint job on the mirror casing looks identical to my other mirror and I could not be happier.

Took my car in to get the door fixed, they were friendly and got my car done quick. My door looks new, like I never even hit it. I will definitely use them next time I need work done.
