Amazing place!!!! I went to mutiple vets for one of my dog's ear issues and everytime it didn't seem to work finally went to this place and within ten days my dog is listening to me whispher his name. When I lost hope in anyone ever solving the problem they gave me back the hope.

I went in late at night because my dog keept messing with her open wound Luis from front desk was supper nice and helpful I bought a dog cone . Loved the customer service

I brought my chihuahua, Harry in this evening because he was throwing up all day and shaking uncontrollably. I was so worried because he has underlying health issues. I was met by the receptionist, Destiny. She was so sweet and caring!! Just a matter of minutes, the Veteranarian Dr Moskop came in and was just so awesome with me and my Harry! She made our visit more comfortable then I ever could have dreamed! I will take all my 6 dogs here from now on!! As long as Destiny and Dr Sarah Moskop are there!!

What a joke price for X-rays then charge for reading well took my girl to Sandy Hill on Tropicana got X-rays and vet did a head count rite in front of me ....100$....this place ripp offff

I brought my baby blue in last night and am glad I did. They quickly sprung into action and came up with a plan. He’s now home on the road to recovery. The staff was very caring and helpful, even helping calm my nerves. Thank you for everything.

My dog was ran over sunday night 5/26/24 so we brought are dog to the ER he was then rush to the back as soon we got in the door and order to give him CPR I had too pay 1000 up front because I didn't have the money in hand we just had to let him down to rest that's the only thing other than that there nice just take hella long 2 to answer the door

My chihuahua loves to get into junk and somehow managed to get ahold of a screw. He got it lodged between his teeth and wouldn’t let me come near it. Came here on recommendation from another ER vet because their wait was too long.
They managed to dislodge it without any sedation, gave my baby something for the pain and we were able to go home. Total was about $300 for everything, went in expecting to pay way more.
Very happy with their service and if anything ever happens again I will for sure come here

Grateful for this place! They were the only place open on a Saturday night. My dog went through surgery and his scar healed up very nicely.

If I could I would give ANIMAL FOCUS VET which is located at West Charleston BLVD...A zero RATING . Cuz I took my 8 year old Chihuahua dog here monday on March 4th 2024 at 12am because she was coughing and it sounds like fluid in her lungs I told the receptionist that she was on four different medication for heart and for her kidneys cuz she had a heart disease that was controlled by the medication that my dog vet prescribed to me to control it and she was fine until she went here .. so they took her back and they decided to give her medication injection ever 3 to 4 hours..then that's when everything went down hill for my dog she had a hard time breathing and could stand and everytime the took her off of the oxygen she couldn't breath so the ended up euthanizing my dog on the same day that I brought her in 5 hours after being there and all they could say to me was sorry for your loss ..they don't care for no ones pet if they live or die all.they care about is money to them.. I don't recommend anyone going here if u want your pet.to live go somewhere else this place needs to be closed permanently...if i went to my vet i would have but they don't open up untill 6 am..if i went there my dog would still be alive..

We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Came in on a Friday night with a sick dog. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The office was clean and spacious. We were in and out in less than 2 hours when other offices in town had a minimum 2 hour wait to be seen. Our only wish was that Dr. Moskop did regular office visits because we really liked her and would love to make her our regular vet.
10/10 experience.
I see a lot of reviews talking about the price, but people need to remember this is an emergency vet, not your regular vet so prices are more expensive. I found their prices to be comparable to other emergency vets in the area

I brought my dog to Animal focus for a skin irritation problem, they wanted to do x-rays and other types of studies that cost around 2000 dollars. They just gave him some injections that cost about $500 and told me to take my pet to his primary doctor to have the skin problem checked out. "At the end of the day it was of no use, I wasted my time and my money"

Our 1 year old Labrabull ate a fairly big eye out of a stuffed animal and I was very concerned as she threw up a treat afterwards. The girl at the front desk was very nice and personable. I brought the other eye from the toy with me. Dr Amy was amazing. I asked about an exray and she told me honestly that it wasn't necessary but they'd do one if I wanted. She explained that the piece of plastic would pass but to keep an eye on her. I really appreciate the honesty! Hard to find nowadays.
