My laptop was refusing to start up, they somehow got it up and running without having to do anything heroic, so only charged me the diagnostic fee. When I picked it up they explained what I need to do to keep it going until the eventually needed repairs can be made. It was refreshing to be treated honestly and not nickeled and dimed to death. ???♂️

Poor service, I took in my IPhone 11 for screen crack repair and it didn't even last a month before the screen came loose, I took it in and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, deflecting the issue blaming it on a faulty screen protector. Save your time and money and look elsewhere they actually use quality parts.

This is the place to go. These people sold me what I needed which was less than the laptops I was looking at. The pretty shiny ones. I'm home watching streaming which was my intention. You don't need shiny for that. The prices? Forget about it. I could never find better anywhere and he demo-ed the set up before I left so I would know what to do when I got home. I could go on and on. Go here. Buy here.
