One and a half hour wait just to drop off bloodwork.
6/04/2024 Update. The lab lost my bloodwork. My recommendation is to go with another vendor like Quest if at all possible.

Appointment was right on time. Rick was our lab technician. He was so nice and efficient! Glad we got our biometric screening done here!

Answer your phones when clients are calling to find out about procedures for being late to appointment. Don't put it on other people. Guy working was incompetent like he didn't understand how a phone works. When it rings answer.

Really ideal experience! Shout out to "Piña Colada" Charlotta and her coworker whose name I believe was Veronica (I didn't actually meet her). They were amazing!I made an appointment online (this is a necessity, the line wasn't long but make the appointment online regardless). Unfortunately I forgot my lab order at home. Charlotta brought me in anyway and said "We're gonna get you sorted out no matter what, don't worry!" And right she was. They first checked to see if the digital database had my order. When that failed they said I could call my doctor's office and have it faxed over. Charlotta drew another patient's blood while I waited and the instant the fax came in Veronica added all my orders to my patient profile so they could take mine next.The staff were comforting, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a great conversation with Charlotta while she worked; really couldn't have asked for a better experience! And I barely felt the needle stick. A tip, in case you didn't know: drink plenty of water before your appointment so your veins are easier to find!

I was early today bcz I couldn’t get an appointment online and I need my results fast. This is the second time I come here. Every time there is a lady ready to help and they always nice. I’m really happy she was able to get me in fast! I came early and I was the first one bcz there was no line yet . Thank you very much!

I went to Labcorp to get my blood drawn. I’m a difficult stick but Dawn was amazing and found my vein on the first try. She was kind and helpful and relieved my anxiety

The workers were friendly and efficient. Check in with your ID that takes a minute and I was called in 5 minted later. The ladies that worked inside were very friendly, and I was done in 5 minutes tops.
