Our experience was awesome, sales representative Mary took excellent care of us, she was polite, professional and was very patient with us when we had to figure out the delivery situation, we have our chairs now and they are very comfortable and just what we needed.

The young woman who helped me was wonderful. She showed me exactly the chair I was interested in, let me bring in my cross-stitch frame to make sure it would fit around the chair, she was professional about the paperwork but was personable and friendly the whole time I was in the store. She showed me several other items in the store that would compliment the chair I bought.
It made the whole experience pleasant and fun while accomplishing the reason for the visit.

We walked in and were greeted by Kassie. She inform us about the specials and explained the price tags. She let us shop and checked in on us.
One thing I liked is that she did not over shadow us and gave us room to shop.
Once our decision was made she walked us through all the details from upholstery to the mechanism.

Had a great experience all the way through. On the initial visit, Chris was very knowledgable and helped me find the right sectional for comfort, fit, and functionality. He also did a great job following up with me, coming out to the residence to measure and take pictures, then setting up an appointment with Mary, one of their in house design consultants. During the design appointment, both Mary and Chris were very patient and helpful to listen to my ideas, give me choices, and help steer me in the right direction on design ideas for my new residence. I would absolutely recommend La-Z-Boy.

I recently made a purchase at La-Z-Boy, and my salesperson, Kassie did an amazing job guiding me through the process. She helped me select beautiful furniture for my family room, living room nook, and bedrooms, completely designing the interior of my home. Then, Mary came to my house to finalize the project using a 3D design. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The furniture is a fantastic combination of colors and top-quality craftsmanship, and I can’t wait to have everything set up next week. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy for their exceptional service—from the in-store experience to the personalized home design. Our sales person Kassie was outstanding. She was not pushy at all. That is a quality most people in sales lack. She was knowledgeable in every chair we looked at. As well as guided us to all our specific wants in recliners. She was helpful in selecting fabric choices. We ended up buying 2 recliners and will return to buy a full livingroom set from her and only her.

When I went in to the store, I was immediately approached by Kassie, a sales associate. She had a big smile on her face and asked if I needed any help.

We had a great experience picking out a new recliner - our sales rep Chris really took the time to understand our needs, size chairs appropriately and even shuffled stock around the floor so my wife could try her two favorites side by side. High quality meets high touch - highly recommend shopping here!
