Road noise is deafening! Bed was lumpy. Bathroom door broken. Hall light broken. Breakfast only included sweet carbs. Never saw any cleaning staff!Elevator had peeling walls. Just really disappointing.

I never leave reviews but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Online it says the couch bed is a double, it is smaller than a twin bed. On top of that it is like sleeping directly on springs. The "hot tub" was freezing cold, colder than the pool, which killed my plans that evening. Overall the place is just dirty and gross. I would never spend money for this kind of place.

We booked this room in a pinch for Thanksgiving. The place is absolutely disgusting. Walls are filthy, floors stained, hair in the showers and beds. It is very obvious that the bedding is not washed. We switched rooms 3 times and finally just gave up. It's late we had been on the road all day. I see there are a number of reviews stating how dirty this place is with a generic apology, but nothing has been done to correct it. Do better.

Looks great on the surface but there are numerous maintenance issues. One of the two elevators has been down for 3+ months based on our stays there, the back door that requires a room key to enter is broken so anyone can walk in, hallway carpets were filthy, room itself was fine, police on premises when we departed.

Nightmare! Absolutely disgusting environment. Literally everything was filthy. The urine smell I saw from another review is because by the back entrance outside there is a stain from what I’m assuming is peoples dogs going to the bathroom right outside the door. I saw another review where a patron was accused of having weed in their room. Hard to say that when the entire place reeks of weed! So it’s obviously a bigger problem than just one customer. Sink in the bathroom had hot water but unfortunately the shower only put out barely luke warm water. The toilet wasn’t clean, shower not clean and had rust in the bottom. Shower curtain was filthy. AC didn’t work and neither did the fridge. Floors were absolutely horrendous and it was the fake wood not carpet in our room. It was black literally with filth. The picture of the washcloth was from wiping up a bit of spilled water off the floor. Yuk!!! My little boys feet were so nasty if they didn’t wear shoes in the room. $300 a night for the filthiest La Quinta I’ve ever stayed at. From other reviews the GM doesn’t seem to care so I’m going to reach out to corporate directly. I don’t even want my money back but someone needs to clean this place up. I will never stay here again even if it was free!

We were the only people registering late in the afternoon. We were super tired and had to wait 20-25 minutes for their computers to 'respond'.The elevator closest to our room was our-of-service.Bathtub was dirty and yukky. if it was that dirty, how clean was the rest of the room?We booked La Quinta so our family could stay in a clean, fresh hotel. Did not live up to standards.

My negative review is based solely on the cleanliness of the rooms and property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had dirty walls and door handles. Garbage left from previous occupants. Ice maker on our floor was broken and one of the elevators was not in service. Room had an unpleasant smell and the breakfast was not worth the money we were paying to be guests at this hotel. Very disappointed with how much we were charged and what we received.

The service was overall pretty good, but the thing that lowers the rating on this hotel is how clean it was. For the price we paid for this hotel, it definitely should have been more clean. The room had an eerie smell when we first got in. The stairway smelled of weed. Should have been cleaner for the price.

I was pretty disgusted by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The carpets were atrocious, even the walls were dirty. The tub faucet and the sink were leaking in my room. The lights were flickering the hallway. Honestly, I was surprised that the bedding was even clean. The company clearly has no self-respect for the maintenance of their building. The one employee that I met at check-in was very polite and friendly, though and check-in was a breeze.

This hotel was HORRIBLE!!! The fitness center was so hot, no air conditioning with over 90 degrees outside. The shower did not drain, the toilet was way too low and hard to get up from even though we are short. The carpets and doors everywhere in the hotel were dirty. There was a stool by our door that kept appearing. I have stayed in these hotels before and all are terrible! Never again will we stay at La Quintana Inn & Suites. Plus way too expensive to have to deal with all this crap!!!

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I'm from CA and I've stayed at LaQuinta numerous times. This by far was the worst experience at LaQuinta or any other hotel. When I arrived, how dirty the carpet is. When I got to my room (the room I paid over $400 for) I noticed the TV was not working and the bathroom sink was clogged. It wouldn't drain. I called the front desk at least seven times and the front desk staff would not pick up the phone. Because of my long drive from CA, I was too exhausted to walk down stairs and advise the front desk. So I waited until the morning and notify the morning staff of the issue.The front staff advised me that maintenance what arrive at 12:00 p.m. and she will let them know.Because we were celebratin my son's birthday I gave the okay for maintenance to enter the room without us being there.Here's where things got really crazy. When we return to our room we noticed that the television had been fixed however the bathroom sink was still full of water. I called downstairs to the front desk and requested that maintenance come fix the sink. The front staff was surprised that maintenance did not fix the sink on their first trip up to our room so she sent him again.When Johnny, the maintenance staff member came to our room for the second time, after finally fixing the sink he asked me is the air conditioner working properly (I thought that was a weird question based on the fact that he wasn't there for the air and the air conditioner was on and working). I told him yes and he then took it upon himself to adjust the thermostat and pour a solution in the air conditioner. I was very uncomfortable as it seemed he was thinking of a reason to linger in my room.After pouring the solution in the air conditioner, Johnny proceeded to leave my room. However before walking out of the door he turns to me and said, "ma'am I just want to let you know that when my supervisor and I were up here in your room earlier, I'm the one who fixed your TV and my supervisor said it smells like weed in here. At that point I was extremely insulted as I told Johnny, your supervisor did not smell weed in here. Johnny insisted he did.I repeated to johnny, your supervisor did not smell weed in my room. Again he insisted that he did.I told Johnny I will tell your supervisor to his face that he did not smell weed in my room.I reported the incident to Daniel, the supervisor/manager, who back Johnny. I could not believe what was happening. Daniel insisted he smelled weed in my room and he stated, Johnny , the maintenance staff, did nothing wrong by confronting me about.I could not believe it.I will be reaching out to corporate. For sure!!!Rooms: There was hair in the tub, and the carpet is nasty. which indicates they did not clean the room before. Daniel, the manager could care less.

The location is OK 20 minutes from the strip. Breakfast was terrible since we stayed there the place had no syrup for the waffles and another man complained he been there for 3 days now and there was no syrup . Most days was just waffles and eggs and 3 types of dry cereal. Yogurt was 2 flavors and granola bars. Trash on side of the buildings and also the hallways were dirty with stains from the first floor and also seen it on my floor on the 5th.

I paid for my mother to stay at this hotel for many weeks.They said after I used my credit card 2 times that they could not take my credit card for an extended stay. I had to pay by check.I paid for the stay by check.Then we checked out 4 days early.After that they billed my credit card again.It was not authorized.I strongly suggest you NOT use this firm. They are not honest and used my credit card without my authorization.

Well I have stayed at many La Quinta’s across the country and this is one of if not the worst one, elevator has been broken for at least a month according to staff and other post I’ve read. Was told at checkin that breakfast would be coffee and toast because whoever takes care of food didn’t order. Hallway carpets are a total disaster and the smell is really bad. There are ZERO vending machines on site. I don’t stay somewhere because they offer free breakfast, but if you do and your staff doesn’t do their job I think you owe it to your guest to get some bagels or donuts brought in with milk and juice. I’ll speak with the GM in the morning and see what he says. This chain used to do amazing until Wyndham bought them. La Quinta need to do better!!!! I will be find a different hotel for my three days next week.Food & drinks: There wasn’t any so no need to say anything
