Employees go above and beyond. Went to another location and didn’t have the size I was looking for so the associate contacted another store because her system said they had one. It was put on hold, all went smoothly and ended up liking their selections better so I bought more.

The ladies working 6/9/24 at Sephora portion of stor were great! I hate going to the Sephora department store, but they made this visit to the in Kohls store great. They helped direct me to the items I needed and helped me grab a couple more for a trip.

Don’t bring Amazon returns to this location. I had 8 to do and the lady just about had a heart attack. Not to mention that I let two people cut in front of me to be polite and she still gave major attitude. Like excuse me don’t you get paid to do this? Take it up with the khols corporation selling their employees out, it’s them making them do the Amazon returns, not the customers

I can't really speak to the usefulness of Kohl's. It's very obvious that this is a store not geared to the working man. But it usually close to double the normal standard for these items at other stores. Thankfully I don't as just returning Amazon here. As were at least 20 others. The staff was very friendly and swift with the return line. I waited maybe 5 minutes. Wile Kohl's is very nice to look at. I can't see shopping here for a person on a budget. But I will give the staff 5 stars. But the store itself 2. I'm not sure how Kohl's is still in business. With competitor Target in the exact same area. I hope they pay the great staff very well considering. Good luck Kohl's

We just went in to purchase my wife her mother's day gift of her favorite perfume. Unfortunately the 2 girls on shift did not welcome us, acknowledge us or even ask if we needed assistance. We stood there waiting for help and after a few minutes of them just talking to one another, we left. My wife called to put in a complaint with the manager and we ended up with 1 of them on the phone who then acted like a manager and was defensive and rude. You ladies need to work on customer service skills. Welcome your customers and politely ask if they need any assistance. I will be taking my purchase and future purchases to Ulta.

I always love Kohl's. Moved to Vegas from VA. It was where I bought my clothes there and happy to have a local Kohl's down the road here. I find the clothes to be high quality, great prices, and the folks are always nice.
