This use to be my favorite place to get lost for hours shopping. One where I would feel that I have gotten a great deal. Not the case anymore.
The prices are way too inflated and the quality of items are clearly the worst I have ever seen.
There are MUCH BETTER deals to be had at TJ Maxx and other stores with much happier workers.
Sadly disappointed and after over 15 years of shopping I will not be back

I visited SEPHORA KOHL'S and was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service I received. The associate was UNINTERESTED, UNFRIENDLY, and UNCOOPERATIVE with how she handled the transaction!!! I actually was NOT going to report how unhappy I was with her customer service but ALL Kohl's customers, Sephora or not, DESERVE to be treated with kindness and friendliness.
The actual service by a Kohl's associate was very good and we were greeted by a Kohl's associate as we came in. I have noticed that SEPHORA KOHL'S associates across other stores are VERY UNFRIENDLY AND UNKIND as well.

My experience at Sephora was horrible. The sales girl was not concerned with upselling or even helping me with my purchase. She didn't even know how to properly complete a return. Management at Sephora should train their employees to provide a service that will increase sales, instead of making a customer who was willing to make a large purchase walk away with something that
I could have purchased at Walmart.

This store is a nice big one with lots of merch. The racks are kind of messy but the associates are friendly.

The store is nice and clean easy access to different ways to enter. They close at 9 o’clock. That’s very convenient for us.

Really like this store. Everyone is friendly, checkout is always fast and super clean and organized. I drive from northwest to go to the Summerlin location.
