I was disappointed in the level of service I received initially. I think once you approach an associate that they should assist you until the sale is final or until the customer leaves. I was pointed in the direction of the product I was interested in but had to ask another sales associate for assistance in finding the product. I was only assisted after repeatedly asking questions and asking for assistance... and only after it was obvious I was making a purchase. It was not a pleasant customer service experience that I am accustomed to.

This location is full of useless workers. They use it as an excuse that they go through a 3rd party to hire, to not send out emails if there specific location isn't hiring you or anyone. I have never ever in my life ran into such an incompetent management crew these women brush there customers off like it doesn't matter they hardly answer there business phone and they lie about being any sort of empathetic for the inconvenience of your time, they don't give a damn at all. And don't get me started with there janitorial crew! These people are so lazy there were several napkins all over the floor in the women's bathroom RIGHT in front of the trash, there were smears of poop on the wall and some dirty tampons left in toilets. They have no care in the world for the community either they have tweakers layed out in front of there store and i have seen several people get away with stealing from this location too. I pray to god they find new management, a new janitorial crew, and clean up the outside.

It was my first time shopping at Kohl's Nellis Crossing Department Store...
I was impressed at the size and availability of goods...
I bought a sofa throw form Portugal and a small kitchen chopping block...
Everything appeared to be on sale and shopping was fun.
I recommend to visit Kohl's Nellis Crossing, beside Target, next time you are in the area.

Nice . Somehow ( knock on wood ) they manage to keep their store with a safe feel .no deranged people ( and bless them too ) in the parking lot or loitering ... I saw an elderly lady who fell ill being tended too by what I think was security and she received assistance until paramedics arrived .. idk I think maybe it's one of the few companies that still pour into customer safety . I mean it's a crazy world . You never know. But most store don't care what happens to you . Plus the promotions are awesome

I went to get a few bday gifts, had so much difficulty finding the sale price, again. And employee who helped me started pulling 15% off signs in a very rude manner. And didn't know the prices either.
