Encountered horrible racist employee. Parents of color, your kids are not safe under the supervision of these people! The company will blame YOUR child for their negligence. Expect other kids to assault your child and staff won’t reprimand the initiator but they will reprimand your child for defending themselves. Staff (footage retained) insult your child, lie, and try to deflect their poor service instead of being accountable. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Don’t waste your peace, money or time.

My kids do not want to return here for several reasons. I filled out the survey that I was sent to my email from quest and there was not an option to write my concerns .So I suggest you add that to your survey.Only a bunch of star ratings on different areas.My children range from 2-111. Most importantly safety - my child explained to me there was a broken pathway at the top of the playground where kids walk through to get to another side of the playground. (V shape pathway) The way I understand it is the straps holding that in place were completely broke.All the kids were running through there and jumping so it's just a matter of time for that thing to snap off.2. Cleanliness also can be a safety issue: Liquid on the floor that looked like vomit.When my child made one of the workers aware , she kept walking and just said "eh".I mean yes kids play places are full of icky germs etc but this come on!3. The computers located in the game room do not work. Out of the 4 present only 1 works.4. No phones allowed ? Even school allows a phone to be in contact with parents for any emergency. That was a concern of mine since I wasn't sure how my kids will be doing or if they wanted to leave .You can always keep coming back here and checking on them I assume.This 5th complain has nothing to do with the facility - that night at least , kids were really rude and disrespectful -> my child told me one of the kids threw food to one of the workers ??♀️Parents are doing a terrible job raising there kids no brainer there but I will suggest to the facility when something like this happens to call the parent to pick up there child. How is this acceptable?I preregistered at home. When I arrived there the person was very quick to help and there was not really a line.*for kids quest- I see you want everyone to reach to the 1800 # - I will let you know before you go reply to my review- I will not reach out to that # . I suggest you review the above concerns and address them in this location. If you have further questions for me then please state that in your reply and I will call the # provided.

We called when we were loading the car to come in and drop off our 14 month old- to make sure there was availability.They told us there was- and that they would see us soon. 20 minutes later when we got there- they told us there was no longer available an available slot. They do not take reservations- even call aheads. This makes it almost impossible to ensure a secure spot for our child- and it was a waste of 40+ minutes of driving there and back, getting him ready, movie tickets we had to purchase in advanced due to seat assignments, and going there just to be turned away. To top it off- the employee was far from apologetic- she had an attitude of “these are the rules, and you are out of luck”. Very disappointed.

Came today to drop my kids off no one was at the counter which is not the end of the world they were busy. Finally when someone named Kylie came to the snack bar she completely ignored us and when I got her attention she rudely told me to hold on and called someone named Tiffany who was great by the way and very helpful. I've taken my kids to several different kidsquest and this is very disappointing.

Very great experience, the colors are abstract and make everything glow. Prices are fair, and customer service is very likeable. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to have a good time!

I am going to give my comment and I am going to write it in Spanish. I am going to give them a zero in customer service since the girl was demanding that my 12-year-old son prove that he was born here in the USA to let him enter since she I needed information about him as a child, I told him his first name, last name and date of birth, yet he still couldn't find him until at the last minute he told me, I found him, ma'am. For me, that is an act of discrimination, which they have to change their policies since it is not the It's the first time my son goes to one of these places, so I recommend that you update yourself since you cannot demand that type of information to let a child enter, so I decided to let my son enter since he was excited and I had the patience to That he would not feel uncomfortable so they should change their policies, that is called DISCRIMINATION anywhere in the world, it does not matter if the child is of any race or color, they are all the same!! At least take the time to apologize so you have a zero

Kids quest is a fun place for the kids to go and spend some energy!! Lots of different activities for the kids to participate in.

I dropped off my kids today for a few hours so my husband and I can have date night... when we picked up our kids we picked up sad kids ready and eager to go home (never happens we have left them at different kid quests before and they never wanna come home). My kids said there were older kids who kept kicking them and they told the staff but the staff never said anything to the older kids. I had left them an open tab and my kids said they refused to give them their entree just a snack and drink which the staff later threw away without telling my kids. The whole staff is nothing but classless and unprofessional. Think twice before leaving your kids here!

I took my 2 daughter here for 2 hours on her birthday on the 27. It not only cost me $121.00 including food. No receipt no nothing giving. This is crazy

Tiffany assisted us with Check-in for our Son. She and the other Lady were Courteous and Helpful. There was a little issue with our account then the Computers Froze but Tiffany advised us on how to resolve the matter after the Computers came back up. Our Son was concerned that there were so many kids but we reassured him he would have so much Fun which he did. We will be back again! Thanks Kids Quest Santa Fe Station!

My kids love this place. They cry every time that we puck them up. Who knew my kids would like playing games, eating ice cream and playing on slide more than hanging out with the parents lol the staff is friendly and they are doing good at cleaning in light of our current COVID standards. We will be back.
