Stay away from them . We were told there was an application before us but to go ahead and submit one but they wouldn't run the application for the home we wanted until the had an answer from the application ahead of us . We paid $130 . Got a call back and said we were denied and said the didn't know if the person ahead of us was approved or not . We asked the receptionist if we could please come in and talk to someone else regarding our application and she said no and said we sent you an email and you can't get your money back . They pretty much took $130 .

I purchased a brand new home through one of the agents at Key Realty in November, 2019. Spending 3 quarters of a millions, but my experience with the agent wasn't that good. Looking back, I would said that he didn't do his job seriously, dishonest, not trustworthy. I was truly disappointed at the whole process, and I don't think I would ever go back to them.

As a licensed realtor in another State, now living in Vegas, I was searching for property... I was more than happy with Realtors that reached out to help me find property.. I asked if I chose to get my license in NV, where would they recommend I go to school? I received the same answer from everyone. Key Realty. I recommend, save time, go to their location during business hours, sign up, so easy! Take your books home that day and get started! The staff is super! Answers any questions you have! Most important! I thought they were supportive! The rest is left up to you! Be diligent! Set time aside for in class or online study! You know you have been thinking about it! Just do it! If you choose online due to life's demands... Stick to a study schedule!

Don't trust these people I had found a property I was interested in so I contacted them. Robert Hornbuckle was the guy who answered the phone and the guy who I dealt with on applying for the property. Robert Hornbuckle was informing me of the application fees and I had to submit 2 applications at $65 each $130 total but he told me if I didn't get approved I would be refunded my application fees so I'm thinking well I got nothing to lose by applying. Robert Hornbuckle even went as far as to tell me that the person who applied before me was denied and returned their application fees he even sent me a screenshot of his portal supposedly proving this. Well if I was paying attention which obviously I wasn't I would have known he was a liar at that point because it clearly says pending decision. Robert Hornbuckle is a liar they don't return your application fees if not approved. I will attach the photos he sent me unprofessionally don't trust this place. I called Robert Hornbuckle and he tried telling me he didn't say that and that I misunderstood him and I only heard what I wanted to hear. Dirty business being done here beware!!
