  Got new family movers right above my condo since me living here 2011 and they just moved their 2-3 little kids in after Memorial Day 2023. Ever since they moved in, these kids have been ranting and raving, yelling, screaming, and thumping and hitting their floor, which is my ceiling. This has been going on through the day and or night every day. I warned them in Mar or April 2023 this is a cheap interior building, is very transparent, to live here and it looks deceiving on the outside tempting to buy or rent but it's a different story when moving in. In this building, there is no kids or any kids above me till this year after Memorial Day. All Key Property Management did was to have a translator but sd he shouldn't be the one to go to for this. This Key Property Management doesn't seem to want to assist or carry out their responsibility the way they should be doing or perhaps they have certain restrictions on their agreement from Sara on dealing with me. I feel I shouldn't have to put up with this since living here as a retired disabled military veteran and it's suppose to be a quiet peaceful environment and found out there have been other people on this property has had complaint in other condos, as well.
  
  I've worked with Sara J. in 2013 (original landlord) when I moved in the Horizons at Seven Hills condo since 2011. Her water heater leaked and hit my storage holding a water heater & few items stored there so I went after her for it she stretched it out to one year giving in to pay me most on it, not all. She owns 2-3 other homes but renting out to people in NV, she gets 'stressed' handling issues is how she was able to copartner with Key Property Mgt as she said this to me on the phone and on in an email.
  
  I emailed one day to Key Prop either late last year 2022, or early 2023 letting them know I did them a favor that they let go of a prior renter, who lives above me, and noticing they had to do quite a bit of repair so I was asking Sara and Key Property Mgt who is Vivien B. if they would work with me not knowing who caused the mold issues to my home which lead from a water leak as I don't use AC and that renter did which AC causes condensations and our drain pipe is connected from their home to my home when I asked the Henderson Engineer and the Plumber which I had to end up paying most out of pocket and still needing to get more repairs done, which is costly. Also, they have old spores running up there as tried to warn them issue during a legal case & sd was taken care but they don't care.
  
  Little do they understand they were my last resource to ask about it as I tried other people to finding out where this leak was coming from that caused molds to my home which I am trying to prevent that to happen again. All Vivien said was if there were any plumbing issues, then would let me know as I have not heard since and I'm asking for any kind of work repair receipts from them, which seems to be hard to get from them if it's related to what caused the molds in my home as HOA property told me this is between homeowners to homeowners, is all I'm asking from KPM to get answers how this leak came about. Also, she said if there's any repairs would be necessary to deal with our home insurance for repairs.
  
  I don't understand why they don't want to show their receipts unless they're hiding something. Now, they're GHOSTING me since legal case had come out ealier just to be NOSEY. Earlier, I had Neighborhood Justice mediate between Key Property Management (KPM) and me and they never responded to them and I also emailed Sara (homeowner) and to Vivien of KPM again, but they're not responding anymore to me as a retired disabled military veteran sacrificed for our country and this is what I get?
  
  I don't feel people need to take the responsibility as a homeowner so why would they want to rent out their homes if they know there could be issue

  Key Property Management was very professional and helpful in renting our home out. They found awesome renters right away and over the years handled any little problem with ease.   We have been very happy with Key Property Management. When we moved in the house was extremely clean. Agent accommodated our schedule for the tour of the house along with the move in. All of our service orders have been addressed timely. If it wasn’t for the purchase of our new house we would continue to live at Key Property for several more years. I would definitely recommend this management company to others.

  I have been enjoying the services from Key Property Management for over 10 years now as a Landloard and I can not find a single instance where I was not satisfied their services.
  I have also friends who use them as their Management cpy as Tenants and they share my same opinion.

  I have been working with Key management as a contractor and have had no problems with them especially when it comes down to payment for a few years now.
  As a customer of ours we don't even worry about payments with them and the only problem we have due to payments is sometimes we get so busy and if someone misses time in our office we have been known to get behind in billing and it is always Key Management that has the problem because they have to call and demand our bills be sent which is kind of funny because usually it is companies like mine that usually calls to demand payments.
  They have several people in their office that run the department we work with so if one is busy the others have no problems giving us answers to our questions and authorizations for our work when needed.
  Like any other company they will ask for quick service and reasonable prices .
  All staff we have worked with are friendly and very professional .
  Again when you work in the industry I do, you try to surround yourself with only professional companies that we dont have to worry about and Key management is one of those companies .
