Buyer beware.I bought a Bradford white water heater from a plumber who uses this company as it's supplier. After spending $1200, 2 years and 1 month later my Bradford white water heater has failed. Kennan will charge you $175 to exchange an in warranty water heater. Then a plumber, in my case, will charge $300 labor to exchange it. According to the manager at Kennan, Stephanie, these can (and do) fail in as little as 6 months and if it happens be prepared to spend $475 each and every time. I suggested they not carry products that fail so soon (by her own admission) in as little as 6 months. She suggested I buy a home warranty.I suggest you avoid any plumber who uses Kennan. They carry productsthat fail often and early. They don't care about carrying a quality product.

I had a major leak in my house and my plumber recommended this place. I was so nervous and didn't know anything about plumbing and I had to purchase a monoblock. I called Patricia Kirby who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my ignorant questions. I was clueless but she went above and beyond to assist what i needed. She explained thoroughly what I needed, what to watch out for (asked if I had water softener loop ) and gave me great advice. Customer service was outstanding ! Highly recommend this place. Great price and they have it all! So Worth it!

Never have I complained ln my life but I can't let this one go !!! I have been with Keenan for years but what they did to me last night was the worst I have ever seen from a establishment in 20+ years ! I was getting a old gas valve off a water heater that this establishment already got payment from Bradford white to do a warranty exchange with in the trash waiting to be picked up from another payment THEY!!! will receive from a third party they sell to for scrap metal to help out a military family who has three children and no father that had no hot water for three weeks due to the same establishment that over price gas valves that aren't even worth a dime to make so plumbers sell for out rages price that could not afford to buy to provide them hot water at no cost to them and there employee said I was STEALING from them !!!! This establishment has no care for the the community or the ones who protect them !!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Stephanie!!!! BTW I asked local Ferguson, Van Marcke and even Standard plumbing Establishment they were more that happy to help us with a fellow American who needed just a little help with out ur Stealing!!!! Judgement !!!!!!!
