Overall I am really happy with my purchases at this location! I come to this store 4-7 times a year and buy something every time. The manager is super nice and easy to talk to and was helpful to me to find something new each time. Thank you again for everything!!

The older woman inside the store by the counter , was super pushy, wouldn’t let us just look. Also the quality of product didn’t match the price point. A few cute things , I didn’t even have a moment to consider if it was worth buying regardless of cost. She showed us $79 incense from a country that is very my much an issue morally. BUT the kicker they smelled like nothing. Not like the whole store smelled so I couldn’t smell them. They had no smell on them. The store has a neutral smell . I wouldn’t ever go here. Not worth the high stress caused from people trying to push stuff on you.

This store is so unique and everyone that works there has a great attitude. There is a very straight forward return/exchange policy. I loved seeing all the white sage and how to decorate my home.

I had a highly disappointing experience at the Karma and Luck at Fashion Mall jewelry store. I specifically asked the sales associate if the piece I was interested in was sterling silver, and I was assured that it was. Trusting their word, I made the purchase. However, after taking it my jeweler for verification, I discovered that it was not sterling silver at all. It is sterling silver rhodium plated. This should be made aware to shoppers. Sterling silver 925 is not the same thing as sterling silver rhodium plated.
This dishonesty is unacceptable, and it has left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this store to think twice and seek verification before buying. My experience has completely eroded my trust in this establishment. You have beautiful pieces just inform your customers what pieces are real 925 silver.

I visited K&L at the Fashion Show Mall and was so impressed with Jina and Terrance. They were awesome! So knowledgable of the stones and properties, super helpful in choosing the right items.

Update: I originally left a lower review because I came home to find my mushroom had been scratched (didn’t get a chance to inspect the packaged one in store). But after leaving a review, I was able to get in touch with the contact in my comment response and they sent me a brand new mushroom in the mail. Appreciate the customer service.

I ran into this store early December, as I was walking through Las Vegas. The store caught my attention right away, the employees are super friendly and even the instagram costumer service is really good!! The product selection and quality of everything in the store is amazing. I never remove the bracelets and the earrings and they are in perfect condition. On instagram, Peter really helped me out by solving an issue I had with a product so i recommend asking for him. I am a big fan of this brand and the what gives it the most value is that this brand makes donations to two mayor foundations, they cleanse their products in a sound bowl. You can even feel the energy from their products.
