I really enjoyed shopping at this serene, genuine and warm crystal shop! Erica was extremely helpful and provided great insight regarding the products, their meanings and blessings they provide. What a beautiful store with such positive energy! I did a lot of online research before traveling to Las Vegas and this was one of the spots I wanted to hit. We were walking by after a show at the Mirage and there is was. Sonja was so knowledgeable and helpful and she couldn’t have been nicer! If your looking for positive energy to carry through Vegas, you’ve fond the place!

I am a big fan of this brand. Here are some pictures pf my collection. The selection of items is amazing! The costumer service both in store and on instagram, via email they also help out but instagram is way better. These brand is worth its value! I never take the jewelery off and it stays the same. Special shout-out to Peter over on Instagram for helping me out!!! Hopefully there's only one Peter . Anyways. You can even feel the energy of the items as soon as you touch them! The fact that they donate makes it even more special.

More like good luck with your purchase and I hope karma puts them out of business for their poor quality Jewelry. I purchased a necklace which literally fell off my neck after 37 days. I contacted the company and their response was the necklace was past their 30 day replacement warranty but I could visit their website and repurchase another because it was on sale. I guess their warrant is only 30 days because their pieces don't last longer than that!

Wonderful store! I went in to buy a present for my friends who are getting married, and the woman helping me was wonderful! She helped me understand how each stone helps with specific needs and intentions. As well, how to decipher their astrological signs for the best stone. I ended up buying 3 items because of how cute and beautiful everything was!

I always ALWAYS make a point to stop and shop here while I'm on vacation ..however last week I was treated soo rude by the cashier and workers.i didn't appreciate the way they acted like I was going to steal and followed me personally around 24/7 even with other people shopping and asking for help I was never left alone .then once I found my item and made my purchase the cashier didn't talk to me once even when I asked her questions she seemed mad that I only spent around $50 ..I have over 5 pieces from this store from jewlery to the wooden home blessing signs with stones I always spend alot here this store isn't cheap .I asked how do I scan the barcode to recieve the free gift and she replied idk read it and walked away ..this encounter makes me want to return all my purchases and never buy from here again .a place that sells such beautiful things crystals and good vibes yet the cashier was opposite of what this company stands for ..I really hope a manager reaches out to correct this situation if not I will not return and will tell my friends and family as well .I'm shocked and embarrassed ? I have never stolen I have money and always buy from here.even after spending 50 the cashier couldn't help me with 1 question and when I asked for her help the store was pretty empty.. she had the time to explain what I had to do to recieve my free gift but choose not to and walked away rudely.and let's not forget the key chains said $20 so I bought 2 I got charged $30 for 1 and $20 for the other totalled $51.50 even with a tag on both of them read $20 she wouldn't fix the price .they also mentioned if you buy more then 1 you get 50percent off of second another reward I didn't receive ????I just paid and walked away my items were too beautiful not to buy .very disappointing encounter

Browsed the different jewelry items at Karma and Luck outlet within the Mirage in Las Vegas. The displays within the store were exquisite with a fabulous collection of crystals, stones, necklaces, and a few household items. Karma and Luck really beckons you with their unique pieces.The lady at the store was very well informed and explained the significance of precious stones and crystals. It has very special effects on your body and health dependent on your stars or the individual zodiac signs.There was a very cute small bonsai like tree, which was very cute and really fascinated me. Feel like I also saw a Buddha statue. I am hoping to visit this small but elegant store again on my next visit.

Cheap and tarnished Very disappointed in their product but more so their customer service. I ordered a necklace expecting it to be as advertised, what I got was an item that looked tarnished and dull. The crystals were not even emerald as stated. I sent them pictures etc only to be told the products are different than pictured. If you say gold plated than send gold plated not tarnished. They wouldnt even provide a return label I had to pay for return shipping on my own. False advertising at its best. Will never shop here again.
