Absolutely terrible experience. Sold me a car with no AC.
Told me to buy warranty and the warranty covers absolutely nothing wrong. Looking at $4,000 worth of repairs. Sold to me as a single mom with two kids.
These people have no integrity whatsoever and do not suggest anyone buy a vehicle from here.

Do not go to this place near Karla’s auto sales cars on Lake mead Blvd. They make it lies to take your truck the lady was saying I don’t not have insurance when I had commercial insurance on the truck and she couldn’t find it cause she’s Little challenging. I will give them a zero and I’m filing a complaint with the DMV. straight out crooks

These people or a scam they sell used vehicles without any alarm systems are tracking so if someone wants to steal your vehicle, they’re not even able to track it on their end and they will basically end up making you pay for the whole vehicle out of your pocket this is grounds for a lawsuit

Please don’t buy from here!!!….2/2023 and here we go again… Since last review Now they are trying to increase our payments and saying agreement was not made with a certain amount to be pay every month at the same time! It’s not Right nor business Beatrice and you know the agreement was made and approved by you and not the associate who left Raquel! This is sad we have to go this length to prove a point and to get heard and treated fairly and honest being long time customers and paying on time and same amount as we all agreed ! We’ve tried over and over trying to get things resolved with the second vehicle and now your trying to increase our payments! It’s Wrong period…!!! Again you don’t mistreat nor lie to your customers!!

Not sure how to rate this place. I told them I wanted a 2013 and newer. The first one they told me was a 2009 so like. Guys. Don’t ask me what I want if you don’t listen to that. Lowest down payment on a car was 1500. I’ll just go buy a junk car for that instead of paying payments on a junk car.

Stay away from this place all they are looking to do is take advantage of people trying to charge you twice more then what a car is worth with a large deposit and the lady is a total unprofessional.. stay away
