You can buy these same couches/beds on Alibaba or Taobao for $300-500 (without shipping costs of course). Feel free to do a reverse image search of one of Jubilees products on Alibaba or Taobao and you will see. The store is dropshipping the products from these sites and that's why the product is taking so long to get to you (5 weeks or so). That said, this store is charging $3000 to $5000 for the same products and provides no customer service for the premium.

I bought a living room and a bedroom beige; the living room looks closer to beige. However, it's important to note that the bedroom is not near to beige. On a separate note, I had another issue with one of the parts, specifically a tiny table. It was broken. for this reason I had sent multiple emails regarding this. I would appreciate a response from them soon. Lastly, I want to express my dissatisfaction with this company's service. It has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We bought the Everly leather sectional sofa from Jubilee Furniture LV and we are simply delighted by the quality of the product, the meticulous shipping of it and the customer service. The customer service is excellent - they are patient and courteous. Since mine was a special order, it took time but the wait was worth it. Everything about this company ROCKS!

We fell in love with Jubilee's sci-fi models of couches and were hopeful the expensive price point of getting one custom built would be worth it. Alas, while we do love our couch, it has already begun to split at a bottom corner seam, probably due to a bump in shipping that has gotten worse over time. We've only had the couch for a few months, and it has not moved since being installed by their nice delivery person. When I contacted Jubilee for help, they blamed me and said there is nothing they can do unless I want to buy a new unit to replace the one that is ripping. A silly offer, as giving them more money for cheap construction seems a ridiculous ask. I tried to reason with them and showed pictures of how it is tearing from the seams, with the foam underneath pushing through the thin "leather" layer, but still they blame me for "chewing". (I prefer to chew food, not expensive couches.) So I do not recommend this company, their customer service, and sadly their furniture. Buyer beware and spend your money on better quality somewhere that respects you as a customer.

If you buy from this company you will regret! I've spent a month dealing with them now....and all they can do for you is giving you more headache. Please take a look at the pictures and tell me if they are honest in what they are doing. And to total cost for this sofa is almost $2,700. It is not that comfortable to sit on too. Terrible company!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT BUY. If I could give them a shit star they'd have 5 shit stars. Basically this company is full of shit. So this 4 star review on there company is false. It's clear they have there own people from there company comment on here because this is THE WORST company I've had to deal with. Here's some more accurate reviews of there crap customer service. What I'm noticing is anybody who has a problem with their item they just like to comment about how they "fixed" it. They did the same thing to me and will probably do this after I write my review. I went out of my way just to shit on this company the way they do on military customers and customers in general. SO JUST KNOW THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEPT THEIR MONEY. Get ready for this novel of a shit storm. So bed came broke, my 3 drawers completely busted (the people who put it together knew but didn't decide to tell me and I find out later the reason why) and my speaker fan system sounded like a freight train, SO BROKE. I didn't notice the drawers until a couple days later. Gave them a call and they said they already reported that, cool is what I'm thinking they're on top of it. My fan I noticed was acting crazy. Gave them a call. They referred me to claims. Claims couldn't give me an answer on how long it would take to fix everything. Mind you I've been patiently waiting 5+ month for the bed, I just got back from deployment so I've been sleeping on a air mattress for the time being. Basically I was calling everyday and they make it sound like they are going to help you but thats baloney, they'll just sit with their thumb all the way up their eggroll asses, and they will refer you to a bunch of different emails. I was told to email customer service and was dealing with them for days then they referred me to claims when I shouldn't have been in claims. So finally I tell claimed I'd like to return because they couldnt give me a definite answer on how long this will take to get fixed. I don't know if the whole claims department was dropped on their head together or actually that's a compliment. So I'm sure these other wonderful customers reached out and had to deal with these baboons. *****EVERYBODY IF YOURE CONSIDERING BUYING A BED READ THIS FIRST***** The day I asked for the return was the 15 cut off mark then they require you to pay 35% fee of what you paid. So back to my drawers, I see why they didn't tell me when they put this janky ass bed together they were broke. They try to screw people out of there money. So I explained to claims I'm not paying that 35% when you guys delivered this bed and your people put it together BROKE and knew it. So basically I'm calling Jubilee and then going through email back-and-forth back-and-forth. Explaining my situation over and over. They tell me they already tried to contact me about fixing the bed. When I kept telling them over and over that I didn't want it fixed I want my money back. They tactfully did this so I would get passed the 15 day mark and then tell me I can return it but I'd have to pay 1,400. They also wanted me to pay for a shipping fee to send the bed back which was another $300. They also wanted to break down the bed and package it back up and bring it to their facility. I said ABSOLUTLEY NOT. I paid extra to have there people to put it together at my house and that they needed to come take this bed apart.

I waited 4 months for my sofa to arrive. When it finally got here, it was the wrong color and the design does not match the pictures. This company is a scam. Talon, the agent who helped me order, completely messed up on the colors they carry. The color name he typed did not match the number code in my order. As a furniture sales representative, he should be trained to know all the colors and color codes very well! I have sent the customer service departments email evidence that he emailed me pictures with incorrect color names and the wrong order. They offered me a $200 gift card to make up for his error, or I could pay shipping & handling fees to send it back--pathetic! Why would this make me ever want to order from them again? Not a credible business. On top of this, the couch did not fully look like the picture. The armrests are not the same shape and they are poor quality. It was a huge let down after waiting for 4 months. Customer service is awful and this business has tons of BBB complaints.

These guys have really high standards with everything they do. Their customer service is amazing. 10/10. Profesional, genuinely friendly and helpful. They were literally perfect from beginning to end. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and the furniture sets we ordered came and we're perfect. Even the delivery co. they use was professional, virtuous and punctual. The quality of the furniture was perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. They truly deserved this review. We were in need of new couch and found great style on Jubilee.com. To make the experience even better, we received such great customer services from everyone at Jubilee. All the CS reps are so patient and helpful. Special thanks to Peter for helping with final steps to complete the order. It will be worth the long wait :)

Drove all the way from Southern California to look at Mofit furniture. Jubilee is the only place they have it, and they did not disappoint. The furniture selection was great, having many different models to look at. Guess we just ordered our charging:) Getty was very helpful and was patient while my husband and I spent at least two hours walking around deciding which Mofit we wanted. Only sad thing is, the one we picked, is custom ordered and will take 8 months.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! We paid close to $7,000 for our sectional from them. This came from overseas, and the quality was a joke. They used cheap wood that broke within the first 5 days of use. Jubilee gave us the constant run-around trying to fix it and it's still not fixed!! Not only has it NOT been fixed, no one has actually contacted us to help get it fixed. When you call they say 'the Claims department can't be reached by phone'.Reply to Jubilee's response -- You're claims department is terrible to communicate with. You can't talk to anyone on the phone and now you're complaining about spending around $600 to fix it!! WOW. We spend $6,198 with you, and after talking with the manufacturer in China, (I wanted to see the wholesale costs), I know it only costs you $2500 at the MOST. You have a hefty profit on that, and you're complaining about $600??If you are a consumer and reading this review -- know that Jubilee is GREAT at the presale process, but terrible when you need something fixed. They DON'T make it easy to communicate with them.

Im satisfied with customer service and quality of my product. They were honest about in stock products which arrive at my place in a week. So far no issue with tears, fading, or breakage, probably because i bought the leather top grain which is better quality than faux leather which deteriorate fast. Im satisfied, and i do recommend jubilee furniture. Thanks!
