We had a small job which included the assembly of a new Queen bed frame along with attaching the new frame to the headboard and footboard. The handyman arrived on time and promptly completed the job. He needed to secure some necessary bolts to affix the frame to the headboards. Overall, the handyman prompt and courteous and efficient. I will call Juan in a Million again for all of our Handyman needs! Thanks!!

About a month ago, Juan came over to my house, installed about 17 shelves and got it done in about an hour. I was seriously impressed by his responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. Juan is probably the third handyman I've contacted in Vegas, but the first who I would definitely hire again. Truly is Juan in a Million.

So my water heater leaked in the garage and had to be replaced. The kicker was that the custom wood cabinets in the garage had to be moved to make room for the plumbers to install the new water heater. I thought I would lose one of the cabinets after I would told by several businesses they couldn't do nothing about it except to scrap it. Then I reached out to Juan In A Million. Not only did they disassemble the cabinet; they were able to save the cabinet, and reassemble it after the plumbers installed the new water heater. They even remounted it with studs to make it more sturdy. (The previous owner stabled the hell out of it.) These cabinets are NOT made to be disassembled and they were able to pull it off. Thank you Juan In A Million; I'll definitely use you again for other projects.

"Juan in a million" was a referred business by Yelp when searching for a handyman for a side gate install. Not sure if Juan or Josh messaged me in the entirety of our communication regarding my request as both were listed. I text the number provided in the Yelp message, and they asked for a photo of the gates and the area/ground where the gates and posts are to be installed. I sent it as requested. After sending posts and gates bought from Home Depot and area/ground where they would be installed (normal Vegas dirt and rocks with a width of 53.5" and the other side at 53.75"). They replied saying "this is out of our companies range of work. We can recommend a fencing company if you'd like." I replied, "Ok, thank you, Josh". They then provided Shelly's (Rachele A Carothers) contact number who now I've learned has two permanently revoked business licenses under Western Iron Enterprises as well as Western Ironworks...more for a pest control business. After the nightmare of experience that resulted in costing me about $800...Along with, damage to the original gate posts that I could no longer return, 25 unnecessary holes to the exterior of my house (just one side...I have yet to count the other side) which need to be repaired, a stolen/taken post cap that hasn't yet been returned, and frustration since July 19th (a month and 9 days). When reaching out to Juan and/or Josh, sending a video and photos, the reply was "Thank you for the update. We will keep this in mind for future jobs.". Some may see this review as a third-party review, however, I feel it shows a lot about their company standard. Not solely based upon the horrific referral but mostly on the response to their dismissive response. Thank you for attending my Ted Talk Yelp Las Vegas

Juan and team came recommended by a friend. They were responsive from the start. We had them build a closet in a den and install an exterior door. In both cases, they scoped the project properly and quoted us a fair price. The various members of Juan's team were all courteous and treated our home with respect. The work met our expectations and I will absolutely be calling them again for future projects.

They are so great! They are responsive and quick to come do the work. We had 5 light fixtures/fans put up; even through some minor electrical issues they made sure everything was functioning before they left. They also replaced a sink very quickly and efficiently. Lastly, they also painted some stucco we needed to match our other wall. Overall, amazing service and very reliable. I've had experiences with other handyman that leave a mess behind, but they were pretty good at cleaning up after themselves. They also ran to the store for a few items needed and bought light bulbs that we needed for our fixture! Great guys! Not to mention they also were great with our pets. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats and they were not bothered at all by the pets! Thank you so much!

I needed some minor drywall work done in my kitchen as my little one was constantly crashing her toy unicorn into one of our pillars. Not only did Juan respond quickly with my yelp messages, but he provided a quick estimate after I provided my before photos below. I was very happy with the price as it was lower than competitors and didn't include an outlandish additional paint fee like some other companies were including. I simply provided the paint and Juan's employee Matt handled the rest. I've included the before and after photos and will be sure to use this service for future drywall needs!

Josh was responsive and clear with communication. We wanted our baseboards done. He conveniently came to pick them up for the paint job and brought them on installation day. Him and his team of two others worked swiftly and effectively. They finished installation in 1 day and cleaned up after themselves. I would work with him again for any future services. Thanks Josh!

Very disappointed. I exchanged emails with Juan C. and determined that he would come out to the house for a more accurate estimate installing a medicine cabinet in my guest bathroom. I was contacted by Josh on Monday, and we made an appointment for Tuesday between 11am and 1pm. He said he would call 30 minutes before his arrival. I received no call and Josh never showed up.
