They asked me to do blood Labs for my dog...I paid a total of$379.... it's been 2 and 1/2 weeks now and the veterinarian has never called me with the results? ?? I called 3 times spoke with one of the staff each time and they promised me the doctor would call me later that day..I have now given up and need to find a new veterinarian because my dog has a tumor on his stomach.. how sad this is they don't care about him? I don't care about me or my money.. I'm just trying to take care of my dog and provide for him a good life

Unsure why this clinic has such a low rating, because I came in on an emergency one Saturday and was met with nothing but kindness and compassion from the staff regarding my sick kitten. They were all very friendly, accommodating, and explained things to me fully before having me sign anything. They aren't my normal clinic, but I'd highly suggest them if you're looking for one.

(3.5)We've brought our dogs here a few times, one time for a kind of check up, I thought one of my babies had worms but after testing they were fine. And then we brought our dog to get neutered. Staff was great and attentive. It is a bit busy when it's time for pick up post op but it's okay they got through the line of people quickly and reunited parents w their pups. Everything was fine post op, we were using the medication as told and kept his cone on as instructed. The only issue was the cone provided was a bit short and he was able to get to his stitches in the middle of the night :( The issue bothered me since it was only a couple days after being neutered and I was told by the vet she doesn't recommend the donut type cones, which I respected and just stayed with the cone. When we realized he had chewed out his stitches first thing in the morning we took him in and they checked him out and gave him a properly sized cone, but mentioned he's gunna have a funky scar. I am a bit disappointed about the scarring that will happen, I'm just glad he's okay. Make sure to test the sizing of your cone before you leave I guess.... Luckily they didn't charge us for checking in on him after that happened and didn't charge us for a new cone..

We brought our pups here for shots and check ups. The vet techs were friendly, but the doctors were kind of vague with explanations. Our rottie is nervous around new doctors and we explained that, but they insisted on wanting to take her in the back for shots. Our previous doc did not do this and she did not handle it well. We just weren't impressed with the "bedside" manner here. We only went the one time because of that experience. If that's your cup of tea, maybe give them a try.

Had our pup for a little over a year now and WCAH my actual go to vet before we find one closer to home. Our pup was already assigned to come here and this is the only place we trust. 5 stars- for the vet/tech care. They're absolutely amazing and have always been to our fur baby. We had an emergency incident recently that sent us to our closest vet but resulted in my consulting over the phone with WCAH because the other vet wanted to charge us $3k more for the same services with poor care. I trust this place and I highly recommend Dr. Owens. He's absolutely knowledgeable and truly cares about the pets and families coming thru as well as the care that needs to be givin. Danielle the practice manager or admin manager I believe is an Angel. Both her and doc were very patient with us over the phone while at the other vet. Sam the vet tech is also an Angel and we knew that our pup was getting quality care. 4 1/2 stars for the front - they always seem to be flustered all the time and unsure of the charges whenever they ask for payment and when we ask for an itemized and questions. They're not terrible, they just need more of a structure. Other than that, from my perspective I recommend this place.

Called this place on accident because it has a very similar name to the the place I go. I was on hold for about 25 min just trying to get an appointment. Hung up tried again & the same results. Was thinking I need a new vet!! When realizing my mistake of calling the wrong place I immediately called the correct place & was taken care of in seconds! If this place can't take care of phone calls I'd never trust them with my baby.

"Dogs are our link to paradise." It's time for puppy to go in for a check-up. After purchasing a Great Dane, named Rose she was given a sponsored health screen review. Upon receiving all the information about our new puppy, this veterinary office offered a well- check. The ability to be seen at a time that coincided with my schedule was available. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Now after filling out the paperwork for Rose, we are awaiting the doctor to come in the room. Our new puppy Rose, is not happy to be here. She is apprehensive about being looked at. The vet used a soft touch and voice to help this 6 week old puppy be more at ease. She held Rose close as she felt for bumps that should not belong. The vet educated and explained about the Great Dane breed of dog. She offered suggestions for training and needs that should be met to make the dog feel more comfortable and secure. Our new puppy Rose, got a clean bill of health. Yay! This doctor office is very precise when it comes to your pets health and well being. All the information that we received; even a free bag of dog food and treats. What could be better? I highly recommend this office. Although, Rose only visited here a few times the staff and service that we received was excellent. No matter what type of pet you have they can assist you with your animals health. The staff are well versed in many types of different breeds. They have exceptional skills in pin pointing certain traits that can affect your dog or cat. Again highly recommend checking this veterinary office for your pet. Although we no longer visit here because Rose had to be re-homed to another family while she lived with our family this was her pet doctor. Thank you again to the staff for your wonderful support and information about her breed. You must train a puppy from the first moments they come home. They need to feel welcome in their new surroundings so they don't act out. The information the vet provided was great for aiding in her early stages of development.

I brought my frenchie here to be neutered because they were the only place with a good price that actually did surgery on french bulldogs. Drop off was at 8am and I was checked in within time. I had to fill out three forms. The first one was just general information on myself (the owner). The next two pages were yes or no questions about additional treatment you can add (for additional charges). Since I was already there, I decided to get my puppy a wellness check, his deworming, etc.. I gave them my paperwork and they called my puppy into a room. When I was put in the room, I was told the vet would be with me in a few minutes. I think I waited about 15 mins before someone came in. I don't remember who they were. No exam was done. My puppy was walking around the whole time. She just asked me if he was okay & if he was hyper active. I ended up paying a high bill because of all the additional things that were added. I mean I didn't mind it if it ment my puppy was going to get treated. When I picked him up, no one told me anything about how his teeth were or his ears or eyes. I assumed that if no one told me about it the day of treatment, that they would reach out via phone. I was wrong. I had to call today and the person I spoke with said that it should of been done when we were called in the room. I told her it was not. I let her know my dog has redness in the corner of his eyes and she said she can schedule an appt for me. I would assume that if the doctor did an exam on my dog this would of been caught. Why schedule me for another appt that I would have to pay for when I paid for one the day I took him? It just doesn't make sense to me. I am questioning if my dog was really examined. The girl I spoke with on the phone states that she will have the doctor call me tomorrow when she goes in for her shift. I mean the staff was nice when I took him in, but I don't plan on taking him back. I'm upset that I payed for an exam that I am questioning if was even done. 2/5 stars.

I'm not a review person but I believe they help people make informed decisions when deciding on which vet hospital to help their fur babies! I had brought in my yorkie for regular vaccines. She immediately started vomiting and they told me they'll give her fluids and keep her for a few hours. OK, of course, anything for my baby. I come back a few hours later and she was fine. They didn't tell me anything other than take her to an emergency vet if anything happens. Well, like 40 minutes later she gets an allergic reaction where her whole face swells up and has difficulty breathing. I take her to the emergency vet and take all the paperwork this vet gave me. The Dr. told me it was negligent they didn't give her a steroid or tell me to give her Benadryl but it was the right call that I brought her in. I ended up spending $400 for vaccines bro. And I read another review with someone who's dog went through THE SAME THING. Avoid this place. VCA Nellis hospital is a million times better

Went to get my 2 dogs their shots and one dog fixed since the other one is already fixed to get them both fixed and the one spayed it would've caused us $600 we dropped off our puppy to get fixed and we get a call that she threw up so we waited home until we got the call to go pick her up after surgery but instead we get a call saying that they can't do the surgery do to her stress we go to pick her up we still get a vet bill for medicine that we didn't authorize so payed 600 for nothing and now we still have to get our dog fixed

Almost entirely (angry) women working here. I'm gonna be honest, I'm not big on patronizing places that would never hire me, and I've noticed alot of dog based places don't hire black people or men (They have black people, they have men, but you can rest assured i've never seen a black man working here). The actual vet was a man, and he was also kind of a dick. I shouldn't have let them put my dog under, I felt terribly the entire wait, and haven't taken them since. The main desk person embarrassed me by purposefully, repeatedly asking me asinine questions and pretending she didn't understand what I was asking for until I literally had to ask her: "Is there ANYTHING you can do... for me... today?" - at which point she got embarrassed and actually did her job (checking me and my dog in). It seems like a terrible work atmosphere that has perpetuated for years, as every time i've come here, they act this same way. I no longer come here. I go to Animal Focus Vet- where compassionate, happy, black men like Dr. Snead work. (Shoutout to the man who made some of the worst moments of my life so much better when my other dog caught cancer last year). But this experience was so disrespectful I think about it at least once a month since it happened a year ago.

I was going to this animal hospital for 10 years but their management and service is awful they do not respect the patients and they do not take care of your pets. I won't go there anymore and I would never not recommend this place to anybody.

Dr. Jones is the best. We lost our sweet Ethel last week and Dr. Jones was so kind he even called us the next day to check on us. It honestly was so thoughtful and appreciated. We have been going here for a while and Dr. Jones is our favorite he is calm, resourceful and answers our questions. He cares about the animals he sees. Thank you Dr. Jones for your kindness, knowledge and compassion.
