Not only does it have the etiquette & elegance of "old Vegas", they are a family-owned business whose staff graciously treats with everyone who walks in their door with courtesy, kindness & respect.

both employees were so nice and understanding. they helped me when I forgot to make a payment. they really do care any other pawn place just wanted any rain to keep your stuff and sell it. in a world full of people that forget people have feelings they are just genuinely nice guys

The website says that it takes bags so I call to verify what the website says and the rude gentleman says no we don't take that crap. First off A 3,500 Louis bag ain't crap secondly take the false info off your website then John

We could honestly say that there is not one loan/pawn shop that comes close to the Top Notch Customer Service that we get from the owner John and Jordan. I googled this place and chose it because it was open on Sundays and had good reviews, he didn't disappoint. Straight forward and simple. You can just tell he's not about ripping people off or taking advantage of people. After going to a big chain getting a low ball offer and told I "stole" my items because I didn't want to sell them right away- this place made me happy I didn't sell to them! Thank you! Recommend!
