This is a better location than the one at Forum shops. Store is bigger with more pieces to choose from. I usually get my Jimmy choos at Saks fifth avenue or their own website. Stores just don't carry size 5 shoes anymore which is frustrating. It's usually a waste of time for me to go to the stores. Most of my shoes are from Jimmy choo and Louboutin now cause they fit my tiny feet perfectly! And I'v noticed that only Saks stores carry the newest styles first. The sales lady was very friendly and she tried her best to find me something. But I didn't see the little cute purse that I saw at Saks here. And the shoes I liked aren't my sizes. So I really had nothing to purchase from her. I'd visit again when we are in vegas next time!

Best Jimmy Choo store in Vegas! The store is slightly smaller than the Fórum shops but they make up for it in service. Richard and his staff are the best!

Horrible , they sale shoes that have been used, ripped and misused or been on display for FULL price. They're willing to take back the shoes and admit that they mess up but so far there hasn't been a refund issued or store credit or absolutely anything!?? they took the shoes and the money. Someone needs to be fired or HR needs to get their s*** together and do better. Those shoes were for a wedding. Is so sad that you go to these luxury store to get the best of things but they sell the same quality of product as goodwill ripped & used .

Absolutely amazing customer service from Ruth! She helped me find the perfect shoes for my upcoming wedding. I can't wear heels because I need ankle surgery and she found the perfect substitute for me that's beautiful and comfortable. If you find yourself shopping in the Caesar's palace shopping area, stop by here and ask for Ruth and she'll make sure you find the perfect pair of shoes!

All I can say is that Cynthia Ramirez is the BEST Sales Associate at this store!!!! Cynthia has the BEST customer service and she made my first purchase with Jimmy Choo so much fun, super dreamy, and so smooth!!!! My fiancé and I walked into this store on a Sunday afternoon with the intent of just browsing and looking for my wedding heels and Cynthia was the only sales associate who genuinely welcomed us to the store. Cynthia gave me her full attention as I explained what I was looking for in a wedding heel and she helped me pick the wedding heels of my dreams!!! She even went the extra mile of ordering another pair of heels that were not in the store just so I could see and try them on. In the end, Cynthia helped me pick the wedding heels of my dream and she treated my fiancé and I with the upmost respect throughout this purchase. Thank you so much Cynthia for helping Jose and I buy my wedding heels. We will definitely be back! ❣️

I came in at first just to look as I was searching for shoes for my wedding. However the customer service was really great from everyone in the store, so my husband and I decided to go through and make a purchase. They were very helpful in finding something that would work well with me as I explained that I had just replaced my left hip and needed to replace my other hip as well as both knees. This has been my first purchase with the company but I will definitely do future purchases, especially with this store and my SA Cynthia. She was perfect!

Came in with my wife. Fantastic Service by a lady who is from Norcal. Came back two days later to see if the would price match Saks who had a coupon for $200 cheaper. Walked in to the guy working making a very inappropriate statement about how they just got some nice heals in the back I would like. (I'm a 6,2 man with a full beard). Not likely, but I'm in a good mood and about to drop $2000 as a gift for my wife so I brush it off. He says they will only price match if its listed on their website. It is. He asked me to show him even though there is computer in front of him. I pull it up on my phone and show him. He asks for me to text a screen shot to him. I do then he goes in the back for 10-15 minutes. He finally comes and says they will but this will be a final sale and they will not take a return on it for any reason. What if it has a defect? "We will inspect it for you" Ummmm, no thanks. No one is going to spend $2000 on a gift their spouse may want to exchange for a different color/size/item/ect. By the fact that this yelp page is unclaimed only further shows they do not care about customer service. If you want Jimmy Choo shop at Saks/Bloomingdales/Ect

Stacey was incredibly helpful! They did not have my size in stock and she was able to procure the Lance Bridal Shoe within the hour. I was amazed by the customer service and care Stacey provided. She was also kind enough to ship the shoes so I would not have to travel with them. I will be back again!

My sister just left this store in TEARS. After walking in to admire a pair of shoes, the staff screamed for security. When she explained that she came into look at the shoes, the staff literally told her to “just get out”. The security guard had the decency to apologize and asked if we’d like to file a complaint. The complaint would not have been necessary if the staff simply apologized or asked if she needed help. Horrible behavior that has now cost the company a loyal patron.

Had a feeling that I was in a movie when I visited this boutique in Palazzo Hotel (right off the Venetian Hotel). Service is friendly and not snobby at all. They treat you like Julia Roberts, AFTER the transformation. ("Big mistake...Huge!" Lol). Large selection of the designer's shoes, but also other accessories, such as handbags, perfume, scarves, and sunglasses. I bought a scarf on sale and a neat pair of dark sunglasses. Had to return the latter. My husband thought I looked like a giant bug in them. Fortunately, they have a great return policy! I am still enjoying my lovely scarf.
