I have always come here with my vehicles, and after the last two visits, never again. Rude employees and zero explanation as to why you’ve been tested as a fail. Just a snarky know it all attitude. Give your money to someone more professional and helpful.

I was having such a stressful morning, I had been to 4 other smog places that said their machines were down or that their smog tech was on a hour break so when I got to Jiffy Smog I was frustrated. Cornelio turned my morning around. He was kind and empathetic to my situation and assured me he would g at my car smogged. He also saved me from having to deal with the DMV. Cornelio smogged and took care of reregistering my vehicle all in one transaction for a great price. I definitely recommend Jiffy Smog next time you need a smog. Wonderful customer service!

Great place for Smog, very professional and great service. Quick and go, another great perk is they are open on Sundays, every other Smog place is closed

I just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful positive experience I had today with Cornelio. I am a horrible driver, and he guided me in the relatively tight spot so that I could get my smog check. He was extremely professional, and answered all my questions. I have been going to this Jiffy Smog for many years. I was in and out in around five minutes. Great service.!!! See you next year.

Brought my car in for a smog check, he fails it and tells me the plug isn't mounted properly, and I need to get it repaired for it to pass. Charged me $33, I took it to smog busters, they pass it in about 3 minutes. The car I brought in is a one owner, very clean vehicle, this guy was rude and dishonest, stay away!Service: Emissions testing

If I could give zero stars I would. Just left there and whoever they have working today should be fired. Waited outside for about 10 min for the employee to come out. Finally I got out of my car and looked in the window and the guy is just sitting there in the dark . We made eye contact and he came out and then was rude. Unbelievable ... I've been bringing my 3 cars there for years to get smogged , never again.Service: Smog certification

We went to drive thru at 5:00pm today 2/11 and waited at the window for 10 mins and then I called and asked when they closed and the guy said 6 I said okay we are here he said the one on flamingo and Durango and I said yea and he said okay we waited 6 more mins and he still didn’t come out I tried calling again and no answer we seen him sitting in the corner doing nothing as we were leaving I assume he trying not to help us and just have us sit there until 6pm he should get fired for this not wanting to help us so we just left even tho we seen him sitting there thru the little window.

The guy that work there was rude and they are the most expensive smog place in Vegas. If you want a good customer service go some where else. I will not go back to this place again.

Been coming here for a few years. Won't be coming back, the guy was rude and seemed pleased that we failed, the car failed because the DLC wasn't secured in place. He said it was tampered with and that caused the fail. When I questioned this, as it has been that way for years. He stated that is the law and couldn't tell me it was a problem before the test because that is the law. I haven't been able to find any law/regulation that states that and when I took somewhere else it passed with no problems.Service: Smog certification
