Typically a very friendly and wonderful place to buy from. However, on the day I came in there was a completely new person behind the counter who was very rude. I asked if there was anything in the back, and he promptly told me "No. Just trust me. We don't sell that."I felt like I was being talked down to the entire time and he didn't even make an attempt to find what I was looking for. To which he then told me to check somewhere else. Basically telling me to leave.I normally really like this place, but this was a really bad experience. It makes me not want to come back :(Edit: I feel like I was too scathing, so I do want to reiterate that I really like this place! Went back today and the guy that I normally see was there and very personable and nice and ensured that what I was buying both worked properly and was what I was looking for! This is normally the experience that I have and the experience that I love at Jass :)Upping it to four stars, not five because of that one dude that made it so i literally could not buy what i wanted that day

Just left from there, prices are good, products are good. Just everything in the store is great. The only smoke shop that I like in Vegas.
