Went to the Las Vegas store on n. Rainbow for a bulova watch repair…and was told because I didn’t buy the watch from them they couldn’t repair it..I bought it while on a vacation cruise…but bought many other things from Jared’s online and in Charlotte NC…I was also gonna buy another tag heuer from them while there, but I won’t be buying anything else from Jared’s. I got that Sam crow feeling from the sales lady.

I brought in my wedding ring for routine maintenance, but my experience was anything but routine. I was told that the ring had to be sent away because it wasn’t a diamond, and it would take two weeks. Reluctantly, I agreed. To make a long story short, I didn’t get my ring back until a month later. Until then, I had called several times, spoke to several people and all of them gave me a different story. The last person, Donna, told me in a rude voice that the salesperson could not have given me a two-week time frame because my ring had to be sent out of state! Had I known this, I never would have left my beloved wedding ring in their care. When it came back (need I say?) the ring was not very clean or very well polished.
This was my first experience with Jared, and it will definitely be my last.

Andy was extremely welcoming, kind & patient during our time at Jared’s. My husband & I went into the store for a jewelry repair on a ring we purchased during the holidays with no intentions on purchasing anything that day. Not only was he knowledgeable with every piece of jewelry we browsed at, his patience during our visit allowed us to make a decision on purchasing a beautiful NEW necklace. I would highly recommend asking for his help, because he genuinely cares about you being a customer to the full extent.

Frank is amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable and super willing to help. He has a great smile and personality. I came in for an anniversary present for my wife and he helped me pick out an enhancer ring that she will love. He also did the cleaning and inspection without me asking. Very professional service. Will definitely be coming back to see him later.
