What fantastic service my wife and I received from Miss Laurie H, from JLC. From end to end of the buying process Laurie was the Gold Standard in Customer Service. My master control date was running 17 second behind a day, and trying to get service at the authorized dealer where I purchased my watch. I was tried to chat with them online but they were offline at that time. However, the lady from the dealer called me back. I asked if I can bring it to the UTC store where parking is easier. She said people there will take a look at it. However, when I got there, the lady in the store told me I have to go to the main store in La Jolla. Well, I drove there, the parking is very difficult in that area. Anyway, I gave my watch to the lady in the store. She walked to the backroom then came back to me and said they need my warranty paper. I told her I bought my watch last February. She said it will take her 2 to 3 days to find the paperwork and I have to come back with warranty paperwork before they will do anything on it. Well, basically, she just told me it is too much trouble for her to look it up. I was kind of mad in the store. Then I went home to chat online with Jaeger. Tiffany Wu from Las Vegas store chatted with me and go extra miles taking care of my problem. I really appreciate her help. Great job...Tiffany Anyway, the manager, supervisor and even the owner from the authorized dealer called me and apologized about the situation. I am no longer mad anymore.

I bought a brand new watch from here and after about 3 weeks noticed it was losing significant time. I sent it in for service and it needed an "upgraded movement". I was later told there was some recall on these chrono calendar watches. Long story short multiple calls to the boutique staff and JLC customer service, I asked for a refund. They refused a refund until I filed credit card disputes and JLC finally agreed to a refund. I was so fed up with them in the end though that I just ended up getting refunded by the credit card companies since I no longer wanted to deal with JLC. The staff here and at JLC customer service are trained to be very polite but don't actually help you. Will never buy a JLC again because of this experience. Stick with Rolex or Omega if you want a watch that works.

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service Laurie Holbrook provides our family. We've been to Vegas many times and my husband loves his watches. We met Laurie with our family browsing the watch boutiques and there was no high pressure sales techniques simply an outgoing personality and a willingness to provide information about the brand. We now always stop at her boutique to chat with her about Jaeger watches and our family has purchased 2 wonderful watches from her. We are absolutely thrilled with our Jaegers and thank her for her knowledge and care for the brand she sells. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a Jaeger-LeCoultre watch!

Tiffany Wu made my buying experience amazing here - she quickly found me a very hard to find boutique only reverso and I had alot of fun doing so. That would have been good enough, but the after sales service has been absolutely fantastic. Everything is done with enthusiasm and impeccable brand knowledge. Truly above and beyond service. I am a JLC guy for life and this is my shop from now on. Thanks JLC and Tiff!

My wife and I stop by the Boutique every time we are in town. Of course, on my wrist, is a Reverso! The staff is incredibly friendly and, most importantly, knowledgeable about their line. During our visit they brought a couple of special items out of the vault - all beyond words. One last note ... about a month after our visit what did I find in the mailbox? A nice JLC book highlighting their artistry. I have visited dozens - perhaps 100's of watch stores/boutiques and this one sets itself apart.
