I love this store; It's an excellent place to buy some products for pain...My favorite is Krave's White Thai powder; It's one of the only things that gives me the ability to walk w/o limping.The staff here is excellent & they always treat me with respect. JP's also sells some excellent CBD products, scarves, & self-defense weapons...Check them out!

The lady with the accent who works there is an absolute b******* I called her to ask for a product and she responded "you can come and check yourself" and hung up on me. She didn't even know what she was talking about.. horrible customer service and how can you sell you product you don't know about" screw this place.

Was over charged and when I took the receipt back to show I paid for my purchase. He took $5.00 outta the register slammed it on the counter. Since then he doesn't show proper customer service skills. And is very rude to me.

Would give this place 5 stars but I hate when the wife is working the register she is very rude she acts like she hates anyone that doesn't look like her she literally threw change at me and got a attitude when I asked for a bag she doesn't greet you she doesn't say Thank You after the sale! The husband is very cool and respectful and he gives a bag without having to ask and he's appreciative of your money unlike his wife she makes the experience horrible so im giving 2 stars only because the wife is miserable fire her and get 5 stars

My husband bought a vape pen that wasn't functioning right the day after and today the guy working told my husband " maybe you're the one starting the problems, you've been in here before with problems" ( he was talking about a time that he sold us a pen with a charger that wasn't compatible so we replaced the charger) So basically, a paying customer comes in for a replacement on something that stopped working a day after you sold it to him , and you blame him? So rude. My husband didn't ask for his money back, all he wanted was a working product that he paid for. My husband didn't feel like going back and forth so he began to walk out and the guy changed his mind, replaced the pen with a cheaper one, and said " next time I refuse" . It's nothing too serious, it's just the principle. You don't treat paying customers like they're the issue when you're selling items that don't work. Going to 808 Smokes next door from now on.

I actually really like going to this place. They have a wide variety of stuff to choose from. Rick seems to be a really nice guy and and a family oriented man. His family is usually at the shop and his daughters are always doing the cutest things that crack me up. The thing I liked the most about this place is often times he knows exactly what I want to get before I have to ask because I go there so often and I don't know, it's a nice feeling.
