I called Brian to ask a few questions about having service done to our Maserati Guibli SQ4. Immediately after talking to him i was already comfortable with making appointment. Our car was making a loud noise which. I assumed would be a small fortune. The service department and Brian were fantastic fixed our car at an unbelievable rate and also took care of a couple small problems . I would recommend this place to everyone . ×× That was my post over 4 years ago I have since bought 2 more maseratis that italy sevices for me , JR and his staff are fantastic. I'm treated like family every time I arrive . Love this place I refer everyone to go Italy service . You will not ever find a more honest service staff .

I bought my Maserati to Italy Service for check engine light. Wasn't sure what to expect because many car repair facilities are not trustworthy. I found Italy Service to be the complete opposite. I found them to be honest about the repair and reasonably priced. I will definitely go back if needed.

Commenced work on my car without ever providing an estimate or any kind of outline on what work/parts would cost what. Called me and said my car was ready. Went to pick it up. Price went from $1600, to $1200, to $900. They do business like they're skipping town.

These people are NOT honest! Beware of predatory practices. No estimates offered and they hold your vehicle hostage to collect exorbitant amounts of money!

Very predatory, BEWARE! Left car for service, no estimate provided and was contacted our vehicle was ready for pick up. Presented with a bill well over $1000 and the shady mechanic suddenly reduced the price. They are not honest
