“The auto insurance is excellent. I had State Farm before this and it was good as well, but pricey. The difference came down to the ability to get a discount on the policy if I paid a year at once. In the last 30+ years of driving, State Farm and AAA have been my two choices.
I removed a star because while their insurance and roadside assistance program are two separate things, the same company is in charge in the end. Almost all of the negative reviews are about this, and this is a matter of them not cracking down hard enough on the scumbag tow-trucks and roadside assistance providers that are in this town. Almost all of which are uncaring and useless in the southern part of Nevada.
Insurance: 6/5 Roadside assistance: 1/5 - It does eventually come, so not an actual zero.”

“So I ended up catching a flat and my car luckily could only make it thankfully to this shop. That's where I met Jovann, one of the store managers. I told him how my tire that was just popped was still under warranty at my firestone up the street. So instead of sending me away or trying to sell me a story of needing to charge me. He did me a solid and cranked my car up and allowed the car that was trailing me to take me to get my new tire & come back for him to put it on for me. I love customer service and when you find people willing to go over and beyond. Def rare, so I made sure to give him a generous tip for being Amazing. THANK YOU AGAIN JOVANN!!!”
