The gentleman was very courteous and knowledgeable. He said he would be at our location in 20 to 30 minutes and was right on time. He towed the vehicle to Chevy Henderson and gave me a receipt.The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him and the company.Service: Car towing

A++ service.I was in town for SEMA and AAPEX and needed my NASCAR show car transported at a last minute notice. They were super friendly and very responsive. Reasonably priced and took so much care and caution. Treated my car as if it were their own. Fantastic family and operation. Highly recommend! They even picked me up and dropped me off where I was staying! Amazing

Like a scene straight out of a movie, my car died as I rolled onto my street and stopped at the foot of my driveway; completely kaput. After fussing with my rig in the hot ass heat, I gave up and needed to get a tow in short order to the service station before they closed. Instant Towing returned my call super fast, dispatched a truck to my house in short order, and got my rig on the ramp even though I couldn't put it in neutral (car was locked and key was at service center). The tow driver was extremely professional, courteous, and sympathetic to my situation in needing to get the car to the service center before they closed. Tows aren't cheap but that's what insurance is for . Even so, the price was extremely fair for how quick the service was and for hitting the delivery. Highly recommend.

My Car wouldn't shift into drive, my guy came from work and worked on it for an hour, no good, maybe proxi alignment, computer issues, who knows, didnt have the tools. Chrysler 200 problems, mom and 2 teens stuck- called instant towing, quoted $120 and about 30 minutes. 111 degree day, from the strip to blue diamond area. Instant towing showed up precisely 30 minutes and stuck by their quote. Friendly and air conditioned truck, 100% recommend! Made it super easy for my first time needing a tow. Expecting about $100 for a local tow. Another company I called wanted to charge 200 and then more fees with a 60-90 min wait , and they were located less than 2 miles from where we were stuck. After speaking to my insurance company for three hours and having them notify me they have to reschedule with a new vendor, I decided to look for a new towing service. Instant towing was very responsive. They indicated how much it would be , the timeframe and delivered sooner . I did get a follow up call 10 minutes later stating that their driver Efron was going to pick me up. I appreciate the information of the driver for safety reasons . Efron also drove me to the final destination. Pricing is also reasonable. Go use instant towing for your next towing needs!
