I am so glad we made the choice to list our home with Brandy and hear team. They made the process so easy! They scheduled the photos very quickly, and the quality was so good my husband thought the pictures made our home look better than it did in person. The marketing of our property went so well that we had multiple showings at least 6 out of 7 days each week. We did get our first full price offer in the first week, but it was contingent on the sale of the buyer's home. At Brandy's advice we has the option to leave the home available to show, and ultimately were able to receive 3 additional offers on the property within the first 30 days on the market, even in today's market! Our home ultimately sold for more than the asking price, and was closed in under 45 days from the time it was listed. I work in a real estate adjacent field, and know many agents, but I don't think I have ever worked with a team that was as on it as Brandy's team. We couldn't be happier with Brandy and her team! Thank you so much Brandy, Jess, and Karina, you were all fantastic to work with!!!

An updated review of this business and my experience with Lorraine, the property manager. Everything in this review is true and can be backed up with email correspondences, documentation and photographs. Here is my original review: This review is solely based on my experience with the property manager Lorraine Haynes. Lorraine is by far the worst property manager I have ever dealt with in my life. My situation is this: my husband died, I am selling our home, I needed a place for about a year while I figured things out. First red flag, I was charged a double deposit, even though I met the credit and income qualifications. From the reviews I see this double deposit is a recurring thing with Lorraine which is cause for suspicion and should be investigated. Lorraine's crony Amber conducts the move in inspection. At that time, I noticed two major issues. I see roaches and the refrigerator is not cold. I let Amber know, She says the refrigerator was just plugged in and that's why it isn't cold. Okay fine. What about the roaches? Amber says we just did a fogger and that's why you see them. Okay fine. Later that day, I started moving things in. I see more roaches and place water in the refrigerator. The next day I purchased an appliance thermometer and some roach baits. The refrigerator was reading 67 degrees and the roach baits weren't cutting it, so I bought more roach sprays, powders, foggers, baits, etc. I contacted Lorraine, and after several email correspondences these major issues have not been resolved. This was an absolutely ridiculous experience. If I would have known any of this, I would have never rented from them, I am not even a week in and I am ready to move! Imagine how I am feeling. My first year without my husband for Christmas and I have a condo full of roaches and a non-working refrigerator. Thank you Slumlord Lorriane! Lorraine emailed me this on 01.21.2022 Jade I have been made aware of a yelp review that you have posted. I find this review to be false and damaging. I am requesting you remove this immediately. If this is not removed I will be contacting our attorney as well as the Real Estate Division "Jan Holle" and filing a complaint as well as all attorney costs. Update as of 01.22.2022 After a week of living in the condo that Lorraine managed, I suffered respiratory issues probably from inhaling roach sprays and foggers. It was very cold and hard to keep the windows and doors open constantly. Lorraine will claim that she attempted to resolve these issues. Lorraine had a pest control company call me to schedule a time for treatment. I had already started moving out. Per Lorraine's email to me in her exact words "We have exterminated the condo a few times. I spoke to a Amber who did the move in and the fridge was working. She did state you complained it was old. So saying we are negligent because you are upset the fridge is old is a false statement". If you have exterminated the condo a few times and there are still roaches crawling around, that should tell anyone with common sense that there is a serious infestation somewhere. Even contacting pest control to come out for a one time spray would be pointless because those roaches were going to multiply and come back quickly. Here is another email from Lorraine "You may want to consider terminating your lease if the allergy is that serious, 1 pest spray in the unit will not remove them right Away". Lorraine admittedly says "1 pest spray in the unit will not remove them right Away". How many of these toxic pest control treatments was I supposed to endure? Did Lorraine expect me to have an asthma attack and die in this condo? Regarding the refrigerator, Lorraine's email was "The fridge has always worked, we would not deliberately rent a unit without a working fridge, if the unit came with a fridge". I purchased thermostats to prove the refrigerator was reading over 60 degrees. She made these statements without even verifying the accuracy of what she was saying. I received a v

Jacky Williams was the best. She took a short sale that was very difficult and made it easier than I could have ever imagined. I was informed every step of the way what was going on and what to expect next. There were a lot of headaches with this sale and she knew exactly what to do. I can't say enough about Jacky and highly recommend her.

Brandy & team are awesome! As a previous realtor in 3 states, I thought we could save & sell as a FSBO. Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! From listing to selling Brandy, Karina & team were wonderful! We were informed every step of the way, any hiccups were quickly resolved, and I can't say enough about Brandy & her great team. They take forever to get back to you and they do not give you a proper explanation to as why your application was denied. Do not waste your money and time on innovative real estate.

Words cannot describe how awesome Brandi's team is. If I couid give her team 100 out of 5 stars, I would in a heart beat. I never imagined having the need to remove deadbeat tenants from my Vegas home during a pandemic and being over 300 miles away. From start to finish, Brandi, Karina, Yelena, and the rest of her crew made this process seamless. Brandi had the resources available to remove my tenants from my home so that I can sell it; all during a CDC moratorium set in place. On top of that, Brandi and Karina are aggressive negotiators and will fight for every penny to get you top dollar. I unfortunately was left no choice but to sell my home at a loss due to my irresponsible tenants and other factors out of Brandi's control. Brandi and Karina made sure I received top dollar and minimized my loss on the home sale. When Brandi says that she has your back, she is a woman of her word. Aside from her commitment, Brandi knows real estate and will go above and beyond to answer questions or concerns during off hours. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, look no further than Team Brandi. They will make sure you are well taken care of.

BE AWARE OF:Lorraine M. Haynes Property Manager │ Agent │Notary │Realtor®If they don't feel like you are not a good candidate you will be denied. There were 3 of us that applied for a 5 bedroom 3 bath home. Per application the cost was 80.00 a person. Our credit is all above 750 FICO, I am a travel nurse, student, and also a chief engineer for a large shipping company(Hence finances isn't a problem, we are able to put 3 months or more upfront), rental history isn't also a problem. Prior to submitting our applications, we were told that there weren't any applications that were submitted and we were the only ones that submitted. A few days post submission of the application I received a denial and a very vague and non professional answer. After replying to the email the company/representative Lorraine M. Haynes never once replied to any of my emails asking for a specific reason on why we were denied. With that said, I guess this company called innovative real estate strategies really live up to the name. New way they do business, new strategies which also included nothing to help the customer. If you want to be treated like rubbish please go ahead try them out.
