I was so skeptical of talking to a realtor and I did my review search before i contact a realtor and I found Martin Fajardo's page, and read lots of good reviews, so I follow my intuition that his going to help me out selling my condo. I have never been denied a home to rent ever. I've always been approved for the home's i've applied to. This management company is using "PetScreening" to deny people with service animals. I'm shocked this is legal. My dogs are professionally trained and under 25lbs. But they want renters without dogs.

So, renting a home is a new experience with me. It is very overwhelming!! That being said.. the team at Innova has made it very easy. Always there to help and makes sure I check my emails with a text. Yes I’m high maintenance ??♀️??♀️. I’m terrible at checking it. Also, when we’ve need something repaired they are quick to respond and have a vendor sent out. The vendors have all been professional except one. But that’s the techs fault not the Management company. Sometimes a tech doesn’t know how to talk to a person. ??♀️??♀️. So, thank you Innova for having a great staff who is friendly and always willing to help out and make things easy for this overwhelmed one!! ??. Thank you thank you!! Shout out to Manny and Jeanine you’re the BEST!!

I have been very pleased with service at Innova. Jeanine and Martin manage my Las Vegas property. The whole process was smoothly. I had bad experience with a different property management. Here at Innova everything has been great. They answer your calls and emails right away. I would recommend them !

This review is based on their role as a property management company, not an experience buying or selling real estate, which they also do. As a property management company, I would never use them. Perhaps they are more favorable to the owners they represent, but if you are a renter, beware. If you are approved through their application process, they will give you a 10 page "property condition" report. It even asks you to comment on the condition of the light switch plates. If you rent through them, make sure that you document EVERYTHING in both writing as well as photos!!! Several times they tried to make us pay for things when we would report an issue, but luckily we spent 2 days documenting & sending photos (I kid you not) of issues in the house we rented on the condition report. We had not gotten our wifi installed yet, so we dropped off the condition report in person at their office within the required time limit per the rental contract. In total, we turned in 13 pages & sent over 600 photos, as the house we rented had a previous tenant we later learned from neighbors, who trashed the house. Mr. Fajardo threw a temper tantrum, and scolded us as if we were 10 year olds, or looking for special treatment. He exclaimed, "I have never seen such a long report!" We should have replied that it was HIS doggone 10pg report, not ours, but we said nothing. He was totally demeaning, and very unprofessional. It was a good thing that we documented so well too, as then when they tried to accuse us of causing any issue, we would just email them back to say, no, that was a pre-existing condition; see page such & such, section so & so, & look at the photos we sent you. Otherwise we would have been stuck. Make sure you keep a signed copy of the report you turn in to them for your records, and keep those photos on your device for the length of your lease. We recommend you also put everything in writing...whether you request something or whatever, to have a written record...of EVERYTHING!
