I NEVER write reviews but I can’t just not inform other parents of how unprofessional this daycare center is. My children were enrolled for a few months and they constantly kept calling my children different names, I picked up my one year old and he had a completely different outfit on and his clothes were never found, my three year old had a black eye when I picked him up one evening and there wasn’t a accident report and nobody ever called me to inform me about it. I completely understand that accidents happen so I was understanding until my other child had THREE bite marks on his body within ONE day. They only noticed the one on his back, but he had two on his arm and all of them were bleeding. I don’t understand how if they were all supervised 24/7 how nobody noticed my baby crying from getting bit multiple times. And once again nobody called to inform me that he was bit and the bites had broken his skin. (They are now scars) When I pulled my child from the center they told me “ kids bite at this age it’s in there nature “ but when you sign the paper work to enroll your child they have a “ no biting policy “ which they do not follow. The child who is biting is a workers daughter so she was not taken out like she should have been. Like I’ve stated before I understand accidents happen but everyday I would pick up my children and they would have bruises, bites and scratches. They take in sick children as well so be prepared for your child to be sick with coughs and runny noses constantly. When I enrolled my children I thought some of these bad reviews were just exaggerated but when I tell you they aren’t I hope you take them into consideration when making your decision on choosing a school for your little ones. This daycare center isn’t a safe place for children and is not what they make it out to be when they give you the tour.

I'm at a loss for words writing this review. I cannot explain the complete HORROR I experienced from the lack of supervision and professionalism that occurred Jan 2024. Without going much into detail all staff need to be held accountable for their actions. A thorough investigation needs to be conducted of all operations.Your children are not safe being dropped off here.

This daycare was fine up until a certain point. My son has been attending this daycare since he was 2 months old and after reading the reviews i was a bit skeptical but it was the only daycare that worked out for me. so i gave it a try , and for the 10 months that my son attended the daycare it was alright. kids are sick a lot and so my son would get sick a lot especially during flu season. there were times that they closed the daycare due to short staffing or dedicated days to cleaning the daycare so i would have to call out from my job to be able to watch my son because i couldn’t take him to their other location. recently this month (february) was my breaking point with this daycare. i can’t say anything bad about the teachers and the people who cared for my son , he never came home with scratches or injuries and i could tell some of the girls there enjoyed him. i’m not sure who handles the billing and who decides if you’re able to drop your kid off or not but they are the reason why i’m leaving this review. i’m a very young single mom and it gets hard sometimes. my weekly bill was $200. there were times i was late and needed to pay a couple days late but at the end of the day the bill would always get paid. i paid for weeks he didn’t even attend for. i went in on a saturday and they denied taking him in even though I PAID FOR THE WEEK THAT INCLUDED THAT SATURDAY. the girl who was there didn’t have any want or desire to help me on the situation she said she just listens to what the note says. i asked if i could speak to whoever is in charge and she said she wasn’t there so she called them. she was very rude , very stern, and again not helpful. she said on the phone “that’s what i thought and i told her that already but ill explain to her again”. anyways , i told her that im risking my job if they don’t take him in and that i should be able to drop him off if i paid for the day but she just shrugged and acted like this was no big deal. so since they denied him , i took the risk and i ended up losing my job. they also ALREADY KNEW he wasn’t able to be dropped off before that saturday (because i wouldn’t pay for the week in advance) and didn’t send out any type of message telling me so. therefore i thought he was good to go. but nope. if they would have communicated with me beforehand i would have figured something out but instead i wasted my time, gas, AND lost my job. so now i got fired and i wasted $200 that week. if you want someone who actually cares about your kid(s) DO NOT GO HERE !!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BILL GETTING PAID. they only want your money and have poor communication skills. so thank you to whoever made me lose my job and waste $800 a month. this place definitely needs to get looked into for being shady, kids always being sick and spreading germs like wildfires even though they “deep clean”. and for being extremely insensitive. there are better daycares i can guarantee that.

my son has been coming here for about 10 months. He loves the staff and teachers, they're very involved and really seem to care about the kids and put effort into their teaching plans. The facility on flamingo is clean, adorable, with all new furniture and toys and an outdoor area my son loves.I had some issues with automatic payments not processing and fell behind in payments and Arlene was extremely patient and helpful in getting me caught back up.My son is sad that he has to leave for kindergarten soon which, while bittersweet, makes me really happy because I know the staff here has done a really good job of making him feel welcome and happy. I believe he's really blossomed since coming here and I'm glad I made this choice.

This place is a shame. I had my daughter enrolled since February and we had a lot of issues with them, but the biggest was today that they decide to sent my daughter home because they “suspected” that she was having Hand, Foot and Mouth, when of course that’s not true, (In that case I will not send her to spread it) she had an skin issue since she started that has nothing to do with this new thing. Also they decided to takeout her from the school because I refused to signing a paper that was affirming that she had this Hand foot and mouth. Keeping my weekly Payment that I made already. Is crazy how they play with our money, our children stability and they don’t care about it.

Do not take your children here. My 2 nephews have been going here for a few weeks. One of my nephews got zero updates on the Procare app since starting. My other nephew had like 1-2 pictures in the app. My sister constantly called asking them to update n their excuse is no time. I'm sorry but I work at a preschool myself with 1-2 year olds & we send updates all throughout the day. There's time!! Last straw was my sister picking up her kids today & them telling her they gave my nephew his bottles from 1-2 weeks ago of MILK, and how they didn't know if it was good. Why would you fuckin give it to the kid if you don't know if it's good?! In the first place. And they wanna tell my sister that mayb she should find a new day care of she wants updates. Absolutely rude! How is this place open?! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!

For almost 2 years Infinity Learning Center helping and taking care of my kids with love, kindness and they are beyond supportive, my little girl loves to go there and learn educational songs ( she is ready for kindergarten), they adore their teachers and so do I, communication is wonderful we get notifications through emails, texts and even their app. A big shout out to Victoria, she is extremely professional, organized and she does care about the kids and even their families, always smiling and making sure to provide the best for the children. The absolutely beautiful Angel is Mrs. Mariam, she is super sweet and lovely lady from Baby’s room, Mrs. Trisha from toddlers room just wonderful! Mrs. Brenai from preschool room, there is also a nice adorable lady from the kitchen Mrs Sima. We already love the new Director Mrs. Arlene. We are beyond grateful for every single one of you and your love, kindness, support, thank you for the wonderful and creative drawings, picture day and for making them feel like they belong there!

My child attended here for a short period of time. Staff seem nice… food included in tuition is a plus. Rooms are clean. The app seemed cool at first , but Communication through the app isn’t great. I didn’t usually get a response until days later.Billing was also kind of a hassle. When I changed the amount of days my child was attending, I gave fair warning and also a reminder. Still was charged wrong and had to make sure they corrected it. Admin could use a little work.As far as education goes, there are months old curriculums posted on the board. I was told my daughters teacher was into crafts but never received any crafts home that my daughter did. In fact, I never received anything (no learning material, tracing letters, etc) other than ONE coloring page of a Pokémon. Not very Educational .I was concerned about my child’s covid exposure here , because she was always , always in a different room than when I dropped her off. If she needed to go fetch her bag or water cup, they had to search multiple rooms. how many different kids was she exposed to in a day? Of course, they had a covid outbreak and my child caught it and was exposed. In the end, I brought my child back to her old school. Curriculums are posted weekly , and she has less exposure to numerous kids/age groups. She’s in one room everyday and with the same kids and teacher .I gave this place a try because it was more convenient for our commute… but my child didn’t like it and neither did I.

This new Management mainly Brittany who has absolutely no PR training..example 1. who calls a parent and upon answering the phone says to parent when I call you I expect you to answer improper choice in vocabulary words. 2. Looking parents in the face and telling them "she has a life "after a late meeting cancelation. Most would jus be extremely apologetic about wasting one's time. Claims to care about kids and their well-being and sends out four invoices in one day.The key would be to check a parents parent track record especially one who was paying outta pocket with no prior issues. As it pertains to child care it's clearly a bunch of B.S because my child was sent home with a severe diaper rash as confirmed by his pediatrician due to not changing diapers in a timely manner. Yet has no legitimate explanation as to what took place why this even occurred. Some of the employees/Teachers are exceptional at the location. The management team However are THE ABSOLUTE WORSE NONCHALANT,NO SENSE OF URGENCY, LACK OF EMPATHY, EXTREMELY SELF CENTERED, DOESN'T COMMUNICATE AT ALL UNLESS SOMETHING GOES WRONG OR TRYING TO PURSUE PAYMENT..WORSE

The staff get promoted for hitting your kids and they have multiple counts of children having bruise and the school does nothing about pulling my boys out was the best decision I could have made as a parent if you don't believe me call the licensing board and they will tell you

Dirty. Unreliable. And kids stay with runny nose. Viruses survive longer than kids there.
