We had such a great time here! I've done the Van Gough experience in SF, which made me a bit nervous because that one was terrible. The Disney experience, tho, it was a totally different vibe. The imagery was amazing, music was on point, and the live effects made it fun. It's definitely worth a visit for some Disney away from Disney. In regards to parking, go to the Crystal Mall valet parking and let them know you're there for this event. If you don't, they'll just turn you away or won't even address you.

Mesmerizing experience. Great music selection to accompany the projections. It wasn’t pricey either since they’re running a discount now. Worth every penny!

Not worth the visit by any means. This is just little excerpts from various Disney movies. There is nothing new and you can either sit on the floor or a few benches in the room. It's geared for kids ages 1-5. The highlight of our visit was walking out 1/2 way through it. When asked for a refund we were told too bad. We will NOT be returning.

The VIP experience is very lacking. The souvenirs are cheap, and they give you a light-up wristband that you have to return. My kids were bored within 15 minutes. You can recreate this experience at home with bubbles and Disney videos. The show is low effort and feels like a money grab. We spent $335 USD, which is $457 CAD!
Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I will not be recommending this to my friends and family. I expected a lot more from a Disney experience. Nothing interactive except the bubbles. Extremely disappointing.

I went with my family to the Disney experience and it's really not worth it. If you go with children at first they are interested and then it is tedious, it lasts a long time. And as an adult it became very boring to me. I stayed asleep even. They should have somewhere to sit comfortably. The benches and floor are very uncomfortable. No, I recommend it at all.

Amazing Disney Experience for all ages
Took my wife here on a date, and so glad I did. It was very cool and we did not feel out of place at all being adults with no kids in the show. If you love Disney, you will love this experience. It makes you want to go back to Disneyland if you have been. Would recommend this to anyone in Vegas looking for something fun to do.

Loved this experience! I love Van Gogh and was so excited when I found out about this! Entry was seemless. You can purchase tickets online or walk up and purchase. We walked up and purchased tickets because we were staying next door at the Waldorf. Plenty of space to experience Van Gogh in such a unique way. Would recommend for any impressionist or Van Gogh enthusiasts.

unless you are a parent with a toddler, you're not going to enjoy this place .I went there thinking that this would be an excellent field trip for my students (high school animators) to learn about storyboarding, the life of Walt Disney and of course being immersed into the interactive experience. I reached out to the staff to talk about a field trip and they were more than happy to help, which was amazing. While the experience is supposed to be for all ages unfortunately, it's clearly meant for infants to 5-year-olds. It's a giant room where there's a lot of projectors that are projecting Disney animated movie clips, but nothing exciting or interesting about an animation or storyboards or anything. A lot of kids were running around dancing and singing to the Disney songs. It kind of felt like a Disney Junior concert instead of anything interactive.

AMAZING 10/10! We went to the Disney Animation Experience for my birthday and it was completely next-level. It felt like I was watching a show at Disneyland.
The music and the different scenes were beautiful, the projections and screens surrounded the room and were really immersive, and I was just so impressed by the quality of everything. I got choked up many times by the sheer beauty of everything, and the show was engaging and filled with magical moments that took me back to my childhood. Definitely Disney Parks quality and definitely worth the steep ticket price. We also got light up wristbands that synced with the show which added so much more magic to our experience. The show itself was about an hour, and the entire experience including the pre-show area and photo ops made it about an hour and a half, which was so much more than I was expecting. The gift shop after the show was a bit lackluster but still had some cute merchandise. I highly recommend the Disney Animation Experience wherever you can find it near you! So impressive.

There is MAJOR confusion with the address which MADE US LATE BY 10mins... and the show is only 30mins long!! They don't tell you that it's located "inside The Shops at Crystals - 3rd floor" so when you click on the address from the calendar invitation, email, e-tickets (3720 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas) the Google Maps pin is ACROSS THE STREET. We were running around frantically and when we finally arrived, the doorman said "yes that happens a lot." SO WHY DON'T YOU CORRECT THIS and give more detailed location information for YOUR CUSTOMERS to arrive on time?! So incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary.

The entire space is done well. The immersive room
captivates your eyes and ears. It’s a 3D saturation of your senses with Van Gogh’s work. The pieces move and are blended so well that they come to life. We viewed the entirety of the works, twice from two different viewing angles and only then realized that the floor was changing too. It makes you wonder how Van Gogh himself would’ve seen his work had been able to view it like us. Stunning!!!

In anticipation of my child's upcoming birthday, we decided to buy tickets to a Disney-themed event. However, when I arrived 15 minutes after the official opening time, I found the doors closed. Unsure of what to do, I caught an employee's attention through the window. Unfortunately, the employee who came out was very rude and abrasive, telling me "we are still processing" without any further explanation. I waited for the doors to open and when they finally did, the same associate ignored me instead of welcoming me inside. When I reached the register, I discovered that the tickets were more expensive than buying them online. When I asked for an explanation, the associate was dismissive and unhelpful. I then asked to speak to the supervisor, only to learn that the same person was the supervisor. I am writing this review to warn others and urge management to address these issues. If this is the example that management sets for their employees, I cannot imagine how this establishment will stay in business. Based on previous reviews, it seems that this is not an isolated incident.
