I have been a lifelong loyal customer of Kay's and my recent experience with Carly and team reminded me why! This year I decided to trade in the solitaire diamond my husband proposed to me with 25 years ago and get the anniversary wedding ring of my dreams. With current discounts and clearance items I was able to afford way more than I hoped for. I am overjoyed!

Carly took such good care of me! 100% recommend this location. All of the staff were amazing, professional and provided great customer service. In a world where customer service is hit or miss, it was nice to be treated with care and value.

Came in with a concept of what I wanted. Noreen helped make my life easy by showing me exactly what I was looking for without knowing. After trying on multiple watches, I had made a choice on one I thought was more practical, yet I wanted the other watch I was stuck between. Noreen went above and betond by trying to figure out a way for me to get the watch i really wanted. Turns out the one I wanted was on an extra promotion. I could not pass up such a good sale. Ended up leaving with the perfect watch. Thank you Noreen!

Have been coming to Kay’s for over 10 years and going to this location for at least 2 years. Noreen has become my new jeweler since the last one had moved away. She is excellent and is really accommodating. Absolutely feel good about her support when I come in, she makes it really smooth and easy when it comes to meeting my needs. Her attention to detail and customer service are absolutely unmatched. I can really tell that she genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.
