Horrible this one on Charleston I called to see my refund amount explained to her an all she asked for my name ss an all then I'm like I just need the amount she said unfortunately we can't give that to you over the phone anybody can have you info but you give me a time an all look up all my info then say that im so good first last an only time I will go here cause first it was the disapproval of the advance first time ever being denied then it's this are you serious im over it now I see why I never went here before just rude an unnecessary I wish they had a 0 stars cause she pissed me off

I do not have much to say other that the unprofessionalism is saddening. My husband and I had an appointment on this past Sunday, April 2nd at 10:00am which I made online days prior. We got to the location at 9:52am. Upon arrival the door was locked. Someone else pulled up at 10:00 am but did not get out of the car or even say anything to us. I called the number from the Appointment Confirmation Text at 10:01am and no one answered. We sat and waited in the parking lot until 10:15am and still no one was there to open the door. This was a very big disappointment and inconvenience for us to drive to your location on our only off day for no one to be there or answer the phones. Finally as we were pulling off; a gentleman pulled in and looked as though he was unlocking the doors. We never went back.

My experience was easy and stress-free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got my taxes back fast and received a 15% discount because I dropped them off and picked them up later. I will come back to this place for sure, they were very nice and I felt comfortable and safe. Super great staff!

Went in for Emerald Advance which I get pre-approved for every year and was denied. I asked rep before starting if the loans were still going through Anoxs Bank and he confirmed they would be providing all data for the loans but the loans would be serviced by MetaBank due to the company transitioning over in 2021 to MetaBank. The purpose if my inquiry was to avoid a new inquiry on my credit report. So on top of me being misinformed, I waa denied the advance and recieved a new inquiry on my credit report..I felt misinformed,misguided and all around deceived. I even requested a seasoned preparer when booking the appointment. I do not feel as if the employee was experienced to that degree. My credit is higher than its ever been so I don't believe it was an issue of credit.
