4/8/24. The lady that helped me was friendly. The problem was that all she did was fill in the blank. Never asked me about charity donations or anything else. According to her I owe almost $5,000. Then I had to pay $275 for 10 minutes of “fill in the blank”. No explanation of anything. I was very upset and felt taken advantage of. I don’t understand how this type of business continues to thrive unless it is to rake advantage of it’s customers. Unbelievable..

I have never been charge 599$ to file taxes I had a w-2 and 1099 . Also I never had my check deposit directly into HR block account then they pay me from there accounts and it wasn’t even mentioned to me that way.Rosa did my taxes.she put me through the 3rd degree by asking to see my last year taxes from my other tax payer she said she had to check to see if everything the same . No it’s a different year it want be the same however I have it to her. Will I be back Never ! And if y’all smart yall will stay away As well.

Filed my taxes first week in January they did not submit my taxes until 20th February as of 11th of April still no return. Will not use them again

Vicki Thesis is amazing. She is friendly, reliable and fast at what she does. She has great advice and I trust her to help me with my personal taxes and my new LLC business, to make sure that I am compliant and she taught me to save all my receipts in a way that makes filing so much easier. She walks me through everything step by step and shows great patience. This is my 3rd year working with her. I would definitely recommend her and H & R block to friends and family.

Terrible service, for starts GWEN never filed our taxes nor let us know they weren’t filed. It’s been a year after we paid $300 or more and no calls no text no emails nothing from anyone stating we needed to submit anything or come into the office.I call and all I get is you need to come into the office you need to come into the office. I never had this issue in the past when I used HR block. Nor have I had this issue when using a personal accountant. I will never go back to HR block they are making my life harder and I suggest you don’t go to them either.
