There is only one person in this entire office who speaks Spanish and he is not always available. If you don't have an appointment, don't even show up because they won't serve you, even if there are no clients.

Andrea. I loved Connie, she wasn't available today so Andrea took me on but she was so rude and wouldn't answer my questions. If it weren't for the fact that I told her I'm a student she would've filed me wrong, didn't ask me any questions about myself or my situation. I asked for her advice, I asked her to explain what withholding means, she didn't even respond she ignored me and then shrugged saying she didn't know.
