Associate on the main floor followed us around the store from the second we walked in. Just walking behind us the entire time. Then the icing on the cake the male owner was way less than helpful, basically kept repeating “we don’t have what you are looking” until we got “the message” & left. Anyone with any melanin in your skin shop elsewhere.

I went in here very briefly because I will be moving into a new apartment that is close by. One of the ladies kind of chased me around the showroom, so it wasn't the most comfortable experience. There was also somebody who I think was just managing the parking lot who said some pretty inappropriate stuff to me on my way out that I won't repeat. I'm sure this place works for some people, but already it was the kind of experience where I wouldn't purchase. And a lot of the items were not my style was in maybe more for people interested in a Vegas style because they were kind of big and gaudy or way more formal. The only thing I saw was maybe a mattress that was on sale, but apparently I could only buy it as a set with the platform. But, I can understand where some of the reviews are coming from that perhaps customer service might not be the most genuine and sincere.

Sandy was awesome she took care of us by answering any questions that we had and if she didn't have what we were looking for she would try to find it. We did end buying a bedroom set, marble dining table, and a 5ft tall china vase. The price is very reasonable so if your looking for any kind of furniture I would definitely stop by and check it out and don't forget to ask for sandy.

Customer service was awful. The associates would not allow my husband and I to look on our own. They shadowed us constantly pressing a sale. We finally just walked out and didn't even think about buying anything. Essentially they just drove us away.

The staff were friendly and did not push me into an purchase. There was a good variety of furniture to suit all different preferences. Got a great deal for a sofa loveseat chair. The owner personally helped me and was very friendly and accommodating. Provided me with same day delivery!

I purchased a piece of furniture on a Tuesday and was promised delivery on the following Fri/Sat. I had paid in full. I waited all day Friday, no furniture. The next day I waited till 2pm, so I called to ask when it will be delivered, because I needed to go to the store. The person on the phone told me, they will call me back on Monday to let me know when it will be delivered! WTF??!! I waited 1 1/2 day for them to tell me that?? I demanded my money back! I will never shop there again!!!
